We spent a week at Royal Seginus Hotel during the Christmas period, from December 23rd to 30th. There were six of us staying in three rooms (1801, 1802, and 1803), all with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. On Christmas Eve, the hotel prepared a special festive dinner with roasted turkey, rice and almonds, and a delicious mushroom sauce. The hotel, rooms, food, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The staff deserve special praise for their professionalism and attention to detail — they truly create the unique atmosphere of this hotel. We also appreciated the support of the hotel representative who helped organize our excursions. We highly recommend Royal Seginus Hotel and would happily return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel in August with my family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very kind and performed their duties well, and the food was decent, considering that they cook in very large quantities. The are some à la carte restaurants worth trying. The pool was large and well-maintained, and the beach was equally attractive, easily accessible via a shuttle service that worked very efficiently. However, the main issue was the cleanliness of the room. I was shocked! The floor was extremely dirty upon arrival, and despite repeated requests to housekeeping and reception, it was NEVER properly cleaned—even though we were promised multiple times that a deep cleaning would be carried out. Additionally, the bed sheets were NEVER changed throughout our week-long stay. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as 5-star. Furthermore, securing a sunbed by the pool was nearly impossible unless arriving very early, as there was no enforcement of the rules against reserving loungers with towels. Guests had to reserve them very early in the morning, around 5 a.m., by placing towels on them, otherwise, you couldn’t even find a free sunbed. The reception staff were also unhelpful and very unprofessional, providing little clear information at check-in and showing very minimal willingness to assist. While the hotel does have positive aspects, such as spacious common areas and kind staff, the serious shortcomings in housekeeping and service mean I would not never consider returning.

I stayed in Hotel in the end of January 2026. First of all advantages is food was very tasty in the main restaurant. The stuff in the main restaurant waiters were looking very tired and pissed off of guests. That you can see by looking on their eyes or when they are serving. 2. The pool was very cold and it was very tiny. It shows 29 degrees in pool area. But it’s not 29.At all. 3. The decoration of the hotel was very old. The blue lighting rooms I didn’t like. They need to be changed it. 4. Kids club they have no entertainment. They have very less toys, please add more toys. Due to we went in winter time there was no show event, so it was very boring in the hotel. During our day, there was only belly dance, which was amazing a very good show other days there was no entertainment.

Stayed in the Royal Seginus this time with our fourth year of coming to lara, Asked for a free room upgarde (dont ask dont get) and upon receiving our room cards, luckily we did. Sea view and pool view high up and a massive room. Was so impressed. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Mini bar topped up everyday. We stayed for 10 days and had very little to complain about, was so worried about going after alot of negative reviews. But in my opinion I totally loved it. the pools are amazing, snacks and lunch right by the far pools. Bars everywhere and all clean and tidy. Nit picking i would say for me the main restaurant lets it down, The waiting staff are strechted to a maximum and it literally is like a cattle market. Many evenings our group struggled to find a table, Then when we did it was so busy to get your food it is stone cold when you get back. We stayed in september so I cant bare to imagine how busy it is in july/august. Good location as it is on the main Lara strip. 10 mins away from all the shops/bazaars. My advise as we found out, as if you are newbies is to go to migros if you need anything. DONT use the local supermarkets as they are called as they are a complete rip off. Migros is alot cheaper. Overall would give it an 8.5 out of 10 as it is a bit behind the Royal Wings where we stayed last time. But thanks Royal Seginus we really appreciated the room upgrade and a great holiday!!!

Royal Seginus is one of the best hoteIs, i have ever been to in Turkey. We arrived on Saturday the 20th, we were welcomed nicely by the staff and they also offered us a free upgrade to a family room. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The entertainment crew are so friendly and nice like ALEX and DILEK they were so nice and always asking if we are ok, they would even sit and chat with me. The guest relations are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day thanks to ASSIYA, SHARIFA, HAWA who made sure we got everything we needed. The restaurant staff are also so good and nice, always making sure we are ok. Shout out to YASIR and OGUN. Thanks to YASMIN from kids club too, she was so friendly and welcoming when my son went to kids club. The food, the staff, the hotel and everything is amazing. The cleanliness is fantastic, the swimming pools so clean. The staff work so hard to make sure every one is ok and served. The only downside I would say is the language barrier for me, nothing much but we do communicate anyway. I highly recommend this hotel to families. I forgot to mention how massive the rooms are, very spacious with comfortable beds. The architecture of this hotel is beyond words. The weather was abit cold and raining most days but we had things to do in the hotel like darts, so many activities, mini disco, live music, dance shows, yoga. We loved this hotel and hope to come back in future. Room no 1360. Thank you Royal Seginus. And the biggest thank to Mustafa Selcuk the guest relations agent Malik's best friend 🧡
