The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The resort's shuttle service was convenient and scenic, with every ride offering stunning views of nature. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and blended perfectly with the surrounding environment. From relaxing by the beach to enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, every moment was memorable. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The resort was great, set in nature with beautiful views of the rainforest, beach and mountains. We have been delighted by the wonderful hospitality and service shown by all staff! We would like to especially commend Ms Intan Ellyani for going the extra mile beyond the normal call of duty - she arranged to send me an item that I left behind in the room, nicely in time for me to catch my flight home. Beautiful beyond imagination. I felt I was looking everything in HD. They have stunning views and the property is amazing. Too many things to do, my special was fire show at night under the sky. They also do breakfast picnic at beach. Absolutely hospitable staff. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable one.

We stayed at the Berjaya Resort in Langkawi for two nights. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a surprised welcoming with fruit plater and nice decoration. The Resort is both at the end of the jungle and in front of the sea so it combines perfectly the sounds of the ocean and the jungle life. Very well organized and just a couple of minutes walk from the cable car. Overall Berjaya Resort exceeded our expectations!!!
