Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem on Karon Beach If you're looking for the perfect blend of a stunning beachfront location and genuinely warm hospitality, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket delivers on every front. The beach and pool areas are simply breathtaking. The resort sits right on Karon Beach, and the stretch of sand feels like it belongs exclusively to guests — spacious, well-maintained, and with that gorgeous turquoise Andaman Sea as your backdrop. The pool itself is beautifully designed and immaculately kept, with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed atmosphere that never feels overcrowded. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome — not in a rehearsed, robotic way, but with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Whether it was the pool attendants remembering our drink preferences or the front desk team handling a request with a smile, the level of service was consistently exceptional throughout our stay. Centara Grand has struck that rare balance between a world-class resort experience and a personal, human touch. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in Phuket.

Let me tell you a little story about how I fell in LOVE with this place and the extremely friendly, yet professional staff. They are so kind and helpful. The place is massive and gorgeous. It felt magical from the Vistas and the cleanliness. The marble interior of the room was LUX. The pool in the room was a MUST. I felt so enchanted throughout my stay at the resort. The Adult pool was my absolute favorite, the bartender there was attentive and sweet. I didn’t care for the buffet breakfast, but the in room dining was 10/10 and so was COAST the Italian restaurant. I ordered Lobster tagliatelle pasta 2 nights in a row with the Burrata. Not to mention the Tiramisu 🤭 for dessert!! 🍮 If you have the time and money to explore Phuket and Karon Beach, do it! I suggest also participating in the Excursions there’s so much beauty to see and worth every penny for the experience. 🇹🇭🫶🏾🌊 Thank you to everyone on staff for a wonderful time and making me feel like a QUEEN. 👸🏽

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at the resort. Being a kid friendly resort we knew we would have lots of fun. Travelling with two kids - including a toddler on our first international trip, had us worried about the food especially. But to our very pleasant surprise, we were well taken care of especially for the meals. The food demands of our children were always met with a smile and things at the restaurant and hotel were well taken care of. Pumpai and her team at the restaurant were epitome of hospitality.
