Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). Let me tell you a little story about how I fell in LOVE with this place and the extremely friendly, yet professional staff. They are so kind and helpful. The place is massive and gorgeous. It felt magical from the Vistas and the cleanliness. The marble interior of the room was LUX. The pool in the room was a MUST. I felt so enchanted throughout my stay at the resort. The Adult pool was my absolute favorite, the bartender there was attentive and sweet. I didn’t care for the buffet breakfast, but the in room dining was 10/10 and so was COAST the Italian restaurant. I ordered Lobster tagliatelle pasta 2 nights in a row with the Burrata. Not to mention the Tiramisu 🤭 for dessert!! 🍮 If you have the time and money to explore Phuket and Karon Beach, do it! I suggest also participating in the Excursions there’s so much beauty to see and worth every penny for the experience. 🇹🇭🫶🏾🌊 Thank you to everyone on staff for a wonderful time and making me feel like a QUEEN. 👸🏽

Couldn’t ask for more! A big thank you to K. Nicky, who checked us in and explained everything so clearly and sweetly. Her warm smile immediately made us feel very welcome. Cath kindly escorted us to our room and gave us a thorough room orientation. Skye at breakfast was also incredibly helpful and greeted us every morning with a big, friendly smile. The food was unreal! we loved everything on the buffet line! Last but not least, K. Bill and K. Boy at the pool bar truly showed us what real hospitality looks like. They were friendly, attentive, and very generous. K. Bill noticed that I didn’t enjoy my cocktail because it was a bit too strong. Even though I didn’t mention anything or ask to change it, he thoughtfully offered to replace it with a lighter and easier to drink option. His attention to detail and kindness were truly impressive. This hotel is amazing! not only because of the facilities, but especially because of the staff who make it so special and create such a memorable experience for their guests.

Staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is just a dream! The environment is lovely and the staff is so kind and helpful! I’ve particularly enjoyed the friendly service by O at the adults pool area, O gives me an extra big smile every day and excellent service! I’ve also had a great experience at the fitness center. The morning Yoga session with Monly was absolutely great, I happened to be the only participant which was fantastic as I got a one on one yoga session. Some facilities/room a bit worn out but still highly enjoyable. The huge breakfast is another plus, different possibilities every morning! Love that the hotel is right by the beach so it’s easy to switch between pool and beach (however no sun beds on the beach). Well functioning WiFi all over the hotel area and a close walk into center other big plus’. There are plenty of space for both families with children and guest seeking peace and quiet!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Sunday brunch at Centara Grand Phuket, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The food selection was impressively diverse, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Every item I tried was beautifully prepared and full of flavor — you can really tell that great care goes into both the ingredients and presentation. The overall quality of the cuisine was outstanding. The service was just as remarkable. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout the entire experience( thank you Yada, SU and Natty) also my special person khun ICE. They consistently checked in, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the wine — absolutely delicious and perfectly suited to the dining experience. It complemented the food wonderfully and added an extra touch of sophistication. Overall, this was a memorable culinary experience. From the flavorful food and wide selection to the impeccable service and excellent wine, everything came together beautifully. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for a high-quality dining experience in a stunning hotel setting.

A perfekt family vacation. The Pool is amazing for families. I loved the Thai food in the evening. And the staff was so friendly and helpfull the while time. Putri, Ray, Ant and Parn even sang "Happy B-day" for my son at breakfast. Skye and Aye, they always great us with a big smile. Have to come back!
