We booked 2 rooms for our family stay from 31/5/2026 to 4/6/2026, but unfortunately we had to check out after just one night. The photos shown on Google and booking platforms were very different from the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms appeared old, poorly maintained, and had a strong musty smell. The bathtub in the bathroom was dirty, and the wooden panel above the bathtub was covered with visible mold. Most concerning, all of us woke up feeling extremely itchy after sleeping in the beds. We also noticed small insect-like debris and dirt on the bedding, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Due to these issues, we decided not to continue our stay and had to spend extra money to book accommodation elsewhere for the remaining nights. We hope the management will take these concerns seriously and improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the rooms.

We only stayed for one night here but immediately wished we had booked more when we arrived. We were a group of 6, and they put our rooms next door to each other (something hotels seem rarely to do when you book as a group!) which was so appreciated. The rooms were very modern and clean, with comfy beds, a safe, pool towels, and hairdryers provided. The pool and communal areas are lovey and well maintained. You definitely feel like you get a lot for your money and this hotel is very reasonably priced for the quality of service and room. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would say is a slight downside is the location, if you do not ride a scooter then you are limited on where you would be able to get to without getting a grab or a baht bus. You can walk to Chaweng Noi beach, and there is a 7/11 and shops not too far away to walk to, however you have to walk alongside a busy dual carriageway with no path which feels very dangerous

We stayed at Chaweng Noi Pool Villa. Overall, the hotel is pretty average, and the staff are just like anywhere else — no special service. However, there are critical drawbacks that seriously spoil the stay. The biggest issue is the internet: it keeps disconnecting, and you have to delete the network and reconnect every 30 minutes. The stated speed is 128 Mbps, but in reality, nothing works properly. Engineers come, say they’ve fixed everything, but within half an hour, the connection breaks down again. The hotel isn’t solving the problem and doesn’t seem to be planning to. Another major annoyance is ants — they’re everywhere: in the bed, on the balcony, in clothes, even in the laptop. It’s very unpleasant and makes it hard to relax. Bottom line: if you need stable internet — to browse social media, work, download or upload files, or share photos and videos with your family — choose a different hotel. These two issues significantly affect comfort.

Decent and spacious pool villas with fantastic pool in a tropical setting near enough to the beach. But poor service, no information given aboit wifi at check in, had to chase them for the wifi , the credentials of which were eventually shared. We did not take breakfast, so asked them about in room dining options , which as per there own menu stated availability from 10 am. But when inquired, we were told that the in room dining service would start from 12 pm and that this was not updated in the in - room dining menu, and the only option available was the breakfast buffet which we were not interested in having. They would do well to update the information as outdated information for customers equates to customers leaving out the resort altogether as an option for accomodation!

I have traveled to Thailand many times, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reality looks absolutely nothing like the pictures shown on Agoda; it is completely misleading. We originally booked a 4-night stay, but after just one night, I decided to forfeit the remaining nights and check out immediately. I am writing this review not to demand a refund, but to give a serious warning to anyone traveling with family, especially those with elderly members and young children: This hotel is highly unsuitable for families. Here are the exact issues we faced: 1 Terrible Hygiene & Discomfort: The hotel is extremely old and outdated. The bedding was so uncomfortable and unhygienic that my family members ended up with itchy skin after sleeping. On top of that, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor. 2 Bad Environment & Poor Safety: The hotel lobby smelled of cannabis (marijuana), which is completely unacceptable and unhealthy for a family with children. The soundproofing was also terrible, giving the entire place the vibe of a very cheap, poorly managed motel. 3 Extremely Unfriendly for the Elderly: To take a shower, you have to climb into a bathtub. This layout is incredibly inconvenient and dangerous for elderly guests, posing a serious slip-and-fall hazard. 4 Severe Lack of Parking: The parking space is extremely limited—there are only 4 parking slots for the entire hotel, making it a nightmare if you are driving. If you are a solo traveler on an extreme budget, you might be able to tolerate this. But if you are vacationing with parents or kids, please do yourself a favor and skip this place. Do not be deceived by the online photos!
