This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive and the food is delicious. This includes having access to their own Mauritian style restaurant onsite which has a lovely set menu and a lively overall ambiance. The pool is gorgeous and the access to the beach is easy and the beach is stunning. There are many types of boat trip available and when using the hotel’s glass bottom boat we saw turtles. We love animals and were pleased with the hotels approach to them, there is even a little cat and a gorgeous dog who will come and keep you company on the beach. The hotel is conscious of environmental factors and tries hard to push positives steps to look after the environment. We loved our stay in this wonderful hotel on such a beautiful island and 100% recommend the full or half board here and 100% recommend the staff, hotel itself and Mauritius as a whole. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall stay at CDMA was good..Food was absolutely amazing and deliciously prepared. Porter Douglas was very helpful and hardworking with baggages and level of security was adequate as well. The room was so nice and peaceful with an eye catching Seaview. The pool was not that spacious but a good way to relax. The only weakness they should work onto is their staff. Certain staff needs to trained to smile more with their guests and be more approachable. Overall okay 👍

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. Aisha took care of our room and made sure we’re happy with the cleaning. The food was great with many different dishes including sea food, wegetarian and plenty of meats. The hotel is located very close to the beach and provides sup, kayaks and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommend 👌

Hello. There is some work to be done when it comes to Coin De Mire's service commitment. After several emails with the reception and confirmation that our pick-up by car from the airport would be simple and smooth. According to the reception, a man with a sign with your name on it would be waiting for you at the exit, but there was no one waiting for us because the hotel failed to book the promised transport. After 16 hours in the air, you don't want to be greeted like that. According to the reception, these things happen sometimes!!! We were there over Christmas and New Year, so there were a lot of guests around. In connection with this, something causes the purification and circulation of the pool water to not be clean. The staff does not say anything to the bathing guests or turn off the poles to prevent guests from getting sick from the water quality. But it was fixed after a couple of days. A lot of effort was put into Christmas and Boxing Day with both food and drink, but in between, the quality of the food served in the restaurant varied. When New Year's Eve came and midnight approached, it was not possible to get or buy a couple of glasses of sparkling wine to toast midnight, which I thought was very poor. In addition, there were many children running around, shouting and screaming in the bar and restaurant without their parents or staff asking them to be quiet. Regarding drinks or cocktails at the bar, there was a noticeable lack of knowledge, with the same drinks tasting very different depending on who was behind the bar. as several others have written, there is a lot of work to be done to maintain their 3+ rating. During our stay, we had booked all-inclusive. This is not a place I would recommend if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation accommodation with good service. The security staff at the entrance were very accommodating and very friendly.
