I was satisfied with my stay, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the beach towels. We were told that towels could be exchanged every two days, but on several occasions when we went to the reception, we were told there were no clean towels available or that they were not ready yet. This was quite inconvenient. Another thing we noticed was that during meals, the waiters would sometimes take guests’ cutlery before they had finished eating, which gave the impression that there wasn’t enough cutlery for everyone. It would also be nice if complimentary drinking water was provided, either upon arrival or during room cleaning, as this is something many hotels offer. In our room, the plumbing was quite noisy throughout our stay. On our second-to-last day, a pipe even burst, causing flooding on the third floor. The staff handled the situation quickly, but it was clear that there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed. On the positive side, the food was excellent. There was a great variety at every meal, with very little repetition, which we really appreciated. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but with a few improvements, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

🌴☀️ Our stay at Le Palmiste has come to an end, but the wonderful memories and the exceptional hospitality of the people working there will stay with us for a very long time. ❤️ 🐦 From the cheerful birdsong early in the morning to the evening entertainment and disco 🎶, every moment created special memories for our family. 🌺 The hotel is very cosy and charming, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush tropical vegetation. We especially loved its intimate atmosphere, which made our stay feel peaceful and relaxing. 🙏 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. Special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome, to supervisor Zameer for always checking if everything was fine and whether we needed anything, and to Amber for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. 🍽️🍹 We would also like to thank all the restaurant staff and bartenders for their attention, friendliness, and excellent service, the spa therapists for the wonderful massages 💆‍♀️, the security staff, and everyone working behind the scenes to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. 🏖️ 📍We also really appreciated the hotel’s location. Rooms, great size, VERY CLEAN,bathrooms could do with upgrading along with some of the furniture,CLEANING STAFF, EXCELLENT COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR US. I what to say thank you to ZAMEER AND ALL IF CLEANING STAFF. Breakfast staff ,what a WASTE of time ,had to prepare our own table on a number of occasions, no plates ,bowels ,etc, couldn't even supply muesli ,fruit juice ,just choice of one the other choices was ice tea and water, most of the staff (waiters and cooking staff ) couldn't be bothered to even smile, not what you won't on holiday. Im here to enjoy my self not look at staff who can't be bothered. ZAMEER AND IS STAFF ,I GIVE 5STARS. 🌟 for cleanliness. Breakfast staff 2 stars , they all need more training .up graded rooms and sort the choice for breakfast . The grounds of the hotel are very well kept ever building nicely painted.

Our stay at Le Palmiste has come to an end and we have had the best time. We booked through TUI from the UK and there was an initial misunderstanding with a change of dates and the hotel had not been informed. This was resolved in minutes by Poonam at reception, who was amazing and kept us stress free. We were bed and breakfast, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, good AC and great sized bathroom. The food at breakfast was perfect for us, omelette cooked to order, fresh fruit buffet, crepes etc. The pool area is great, cleaned daily. Hotel location is excellent with beach access across the road. Supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away. Great Italian restaurant nearby too, we are there daily. The staff are superb, especially Zamer who checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and a friendly conversation. Do not believe the bad reviews on Google, the hotel is a 3 star that excels in comfort and service. I would love to return and stay again.

So this hotel is nice from the outside. I'm writing this while walking to the nearest atm at 22:30 when my flight leaves at 8, because hotel does accept card payments but not for tourist tax, that NEEDS to be in cash, WOW. First checkin: Idk what to say. We showed our voucher after a 13h flight and the first thing they mentioned is why we have a car not by the hotel, sorry what ?! booked a car at the airport?? We got a „premium" room next to the open restaurant and party area. There is no way to sleep next to the „party area" till 23:00-24:00, while most activities on Mauritius start at
