The absolute best resort ever! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and everyday they had the most amazing snacks such as fruit and pancakes at the kiosk. Kewal was in charge of the kiosk and he always made sure that everyone knew that there were lovely snacks available. They had amazing activities each day and Ramos made the aqua gym so much fun! All the staff were so helpful and friendly and they ensured that our stay exceeded our greatest expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer and I cannot wait to go back!

Veranda Palmar is, without a doubt, my favourite place I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel so welcome. They are genuinely kind, friendly, and always happy to stop for a chat or answer any questions with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay so special. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of delicious options every day, and the drinks were just as good. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The beach and swimming were incredible, making it easy to spend hours relaxing by the water. What really makes Veranda Palmar stand out is the atmosphere. There is such a peaceful, happy, and uplifting feeling throughout the resort that I felt completely at ease from start to finish. In just four nights, we made so many unforgettable memories that I'll cherish forever. I honestly didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. I would recommend Veranda Palmar to anyone looking for a beautiful resort with exceptional service, fantastic food, and an unforgettable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. Everything met our expectations except for the food, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We renewed our vows (10year) at Veranda Palmar Hotel at the beach. It was the most fantastic experience we ever had as family. The rooms are so clean and the personal are so friendly and always willing to help wherever they can. We enjoyed the cocktails and the food was so great. We will never forget it! What a Beautiful Experience at Veranda Palmar! We recently celebrated several special milestones as a couple, and we had informed the hotel in advance. I was in contact with Kewal, who assured me that our celebrations would receive the special attention they deserved—and he certainly delivered. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and treated like royalty. After a tour of the hotel, we were personally welcomed by Kewal, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. After settling into our beautiful room, the experience only got better. The special dinners, drinks, food, and activities felt thoughtfully personalized and carefully planned. Within just a few hours, the staff no longer felt like hotel employees—they felt like family. The entire team deserves recognition for their exceptional commitment to guest experience. It was incredibly insightful and enjoyable. Our Overall Experience Food: Delicious! With just a little more attention to detail, it would be perfect. Room: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Hospitality: Outstanding. Staff: Warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Amenities: Excellent. Beach: Calm, beautiful, and serene. Entertainment: The live shows were enjoyable; however, there is room for improvement. More interactive activities during the day would enhance the guest experience. The music playlist became repetitive at times and could benefit from greater variety. Additionally, on quieter evenings such as Saturday, activities like karaoke or interactive entertainment would have taken the experience to another level. We already miss our Veranda Palmar family. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration and my husband's birthday so incredibly memorable and special.
