Stayed for two days at Laguna for my honeymoon. Had a very great time, food was amazing and staff very welcoming and nice. We booked for a romantic dinner which was part of our package and it was fabulous! The set menu we chose was succulent and the decoration very sweet. Room was also clean and well maintained. The views are great, a mix of mountains and the sea. The bar is also great! Overall, I absolutely recommend the hotel.

We had an unforgettable 2-week stay at this stunning hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa was incredible, and the massages were truly exceptional - highly recommend! The food was hands down the best we've experienced in an all-inclusive hotel, with delicious themed nights that added an extra layer of fun to our dining experience. We can't wait to come back!

We have stayed in Laguna hotel for 4 nights in November 2025. Our check in was smooth and we were showed around, the welcoming staff was attentive. The hotel’s surroundings put together very nicely and the beach area was sufficiently furnished. The room itself was okay but we had 2 main issues: 1-there was only one plug we can use as the rest was not international plugs. 2-there were cockroaches in the bathroom, we called the reception and it sounded like it is a common occurrence, they gave us a bug repellent spray. The beach is the extension of a fishing port, as much as they tried to put it together it didn’t work as all the trash and muddy mix of the port is dragged there. It was the only beach we could not swim. The staff were friendly but quite amateurish and are not result driven. We felt like each time we had a problem/concern we were met with “Okay, so?” attitude. The food was good, compared to other places they had fresh vegetables and fruit and it was refreshing. Lastly, on the day we checked out we have requested a breakfast as we left earlier than the breakfast time, well I will let the picture of it speak for itself. Great views and sunsets can be admired 10/10.

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at hotel Laguna Beach and would highly recommend to everyone great service. Staff were warm welcoming . Great variety of dishes to choose, catering to different tastes and everyrhing i tried was delicious especially the fried noodles and salade poulet. Overall , i was very satisfied with the food..will come back soon 😊

I visited laguna for a holiday with my family. While the rooms was ok, I found the food to be underwhelming. The breakfast was the 99% same for all 6 days and dinner while had variety didn't match up to the taste of food that you usually get in places who charge similarly. Coming to the service, we felt that the guests from Europe were supported way better than us. They would get table preferences and an overall behaviour that didn't seem cold. Additionally some weird stuff that we have never seen in a so called 3 star hotel. No luggage assistance during checkout, asking for an deposit for an umbrella in the middle of a heavy downpour were some stuff which were really surprising. The view, location and cleanliness was good. But as an Indian who expects basocs, would not want to revisit.
