Our family of 4 with two teen boys stayed here for 5 nights at the end of Dec. We got one room with two queen beds which was spacious and comfortable - included a small table and a sofa, bar fridge and water bottles. They have a free oversized golf cart shuttle which is first come first serve and takes you to their private beach area (but not back), and to various restaurants nearby (map is in the lobby). The beach is a 6 min walk away, however their private beach area is a bit further with private beach chairs but its the furthest from the water so other beach chairs are in front of you, along with garbage, a sign that blocks the view and people selling items. Was still nice to check out on one of the days. We loved hanging out at the pool and participating in the daily pool activities + lunch was very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful, organized fun things for everyone and music was great. We are Marriott members so we got invited to their weekly rooftop cocktails and appys evening. Location - nearby to laundry, spa's, restaurants, gelato. Had a really great time here and highly recommend!

This was my third time staying at this lovely resort, and once again it did not disappoint. I was allocated one of the recently renovated rooms, which was beautiful, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast is a real highlight here — I especially loved the soup station and the wide selection of both local and international dishes on offer each morning. Everything was delicious. One afternoon I relaxed at the pool bar with a couple of cocktails and really enjoyed the fun atmosphere, especially during the lively foam party.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We came for our anniversary trip, and they went above and beyond — decorating our room beautifully and even surprising us with cake. Such a thoughtful touch! The room was also very comfortable and clean, which made our stay even better. We were looking for a lively atmosphere, and we definitely got it. The poolside bar was one of our favourite spots — great music, great vibes, and guests just relaxing and having fun during the day. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted great. The staff also made it feel personal by checking in on us and chatting with us throughout our stay. The gym had everything I needed, and the TV came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for winding down. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach for surfing or catching the sunset. There are restaurants, massage parlours, yoga classes, and hair salons all around, and Kuta is also not too far away. But honestly, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing staff. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott, for making our anniversary so special! If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add a bit more lighting around the pool area at night — that would make the space even more beautiful

We enjoyed a wonderful 7-night, 8-day holiday here, just steps from Seminyak Beach and close to some of the best day clubs. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating, which made the stay even more special. I absolutely loved my time here and would happily stay again on my next visit to Bali.

Although the hotel itself is great their was some downfalls. One morning for breakfast we asked 5 different waiters for tea and coffee and it never arrived as we had to go upto our room and make our own . We informed staff . Rooms that are "city " views are noisy . We got located in a family suite which is what we had booked , however we had such noisy neighbours above and across from us. On our first morning we waited nearly 45 minutes at the pool bar before actually been served. Pool activities are great and rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Their is numerous renovations been done on rooms . Also during check in we were never informed that happy hour is a separate price to the money you put down on your tab .. this should be informed to everyone that's checking in to avoid a bill to your suprise at the end . Location is great and good for close shopping and restaurants but unfortunately I wouldn't return as we paid A LOT of money to stay here only to be dissatisfied.
