We had an absolutely fantastic stay and one of the biggest reasons was the outstanding service we received from Arya. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged perfectly for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled promptly, professionally, and with a genuine smile. Arya’s attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service truly made our holiday memorable. He consistently exceeded our expectations and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Staff like Arya are a real credit to the hotel and deserve recognition for the difference they make to guests’ experiences. We will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing him again in the future. Thank you, Arya, for helping make our Bali trip so special.

A well laid out and well located hotel. The rooms are a good size and you can get adjoining rooms if yiu are bringing kids. The pool area and pool bar are good, live music brilliant and staff exceptional. The breakfast buffet is one of the better ive seen in bali with a lot of options but I wasnt that keen on the food or price for the evening BBQ event they did on 2 evenings. There is a lot within a short walking distance including the beach and great spots like Lapalancha for sunset.

This was my first time in Bali, and I came to celebrate my friend's birthday on 31 May. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Seminyak and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. On my friend's birthday, we spent the whole day out exploring Bali. When we returned to our room, we were surprised to find a birthday cake waiting for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her very happy. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's attention to detail and kindness. We also spent time at the swimming pool, where Teja provided excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, always smiling, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt very well looked after. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip and my friend's birthday so special.

I stayed at this hotel in the city view rooms recently in July and the room was not nice. Not cleaned properly at all very dirty like. The sink was yellow and looked like it had never been cleaned. After I came back from a day of travelling I would notice that even after room service came and cleaned my bedsheet were still dirty. There was that same black mark I had the day before on the bedsheets. Which lead me to believe that they were not switching out my bedsheets. It looks very nice and clean in the photos but it is not the same in reality. This hotel was on 6th floor and it is very old and not updated. Also if you stay on the 6th floor, you can hear music at night from the restaurant downstairs which is disturbing. I do not recommended booking this place if you are here to have a nice vacation. Even the check in reception lady is was not very kind. Her tone of voice was rude.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Seminyak and had an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel was super close to the beach, plenty of shopping, great restaurants and in close proximity of some great beach clubs like Mrs Sippy and potato head. The hotel offered beautiful, clean and well kept facilities such as the fitness centre, pool, lounge area and lobby! During our stay the hotel hosted events such as fire twirlers, live music performances and a even an incredible Traditional BBQ hosted outside in the grass area (highly recommend booking this as the food and performances are amazing!). The kids club was also a great facility the hotel offered, our kids had an absolute ball playing in there with their Nannies during our stay. But what made our stay was the staff. The staff at Courtyard were some of the loveliest, sweetest and nicest hotel staff I’ve come across. Each staff member took the time to learn our names, including our kids names and each time we saw them they greeted us with smiles, cuddles for the kids and went above and beyond. Thank you to the lovely staff which made our trip just that extra bit special. We cannot wait for our next trip and to visit the Courtyard by Marriott in Seminyak again.
