We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service provided by Serdar Baytekin. We had personalized service throughout our stay, and it made our experience absolutely exceptional. A big thank you to the entire team for being so friendly, welcoming, and professional. We have just returned from a 12-day stay at Crystal Prestige Elite, and it was a paradise vacation.From the breathtaking views to the overall atmosphere, everything was wonderful. It is a high-class, clean hotel with plenty of greenery and diverse, varied food. We had the best drinks at the Prestige Bar—special greetings to the top-tier bartenders there. The rooms are cleaned daily, and a wonderful, fresh scent from the cleaning lingered in the room until the next day.All staff members (reception, bars, restaurants, and the spa) deserve high praise for their friendly attitude and professionalism. This made us feel right at home. I used the hammam and a series of medical massages offered by the hotel spa. The treatments were performed by Ronaldo, the best therapist, who helped me get rid of body tension, blockages, and back pain. The atmosphere of the treatments, massages, and sauna sessions left an extraordinary and unforgettable impression.Every evening, the hotel hosted animations, shows, live concerts, and beach discos. We also recommend the optional excursions: a boat trip to Suluada Island and a mountain jeep safari with beautiful views. We returned fully rested and consider this our best stay in Turkey so far.

Title: Pleasant stay with mixed impressions – incredible a la carte dining, but main restaurant and bar service need serious work ​Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation at Crystal Prestige Elite, though the hotel clearly has both stand-out highlights and noticeable service flaws. ​Pros: ​Seafood A La Carte Restaurant: The absolute highlight of our stay! Phenomenal chefs and outstanding, attentive staff – we felt truly pampered here. ​Cleanliness: Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Despite its age, the property as a whole is kept neat and tidy. ​General Staff: Outside of the bars and the main buffet, most hotel employees are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. ​Cons: ​Main Buffet Restaurant: Quite chaotic and disorganized. Waiters offer no assistance with finding a table and take a very long time to approach and ask for drink orders. There is a clear lack of attention and helpfulness from the dining room staff. ​Bar Service: Easily the weakest link of the resort. Bartenders are sluggish, unfriendly, and often completely ignore guests standing at the counter. ​Hotel Condition: The property is quite dated and visibly in need of renovation and updating in several areas. ​Summary: While the specialized seafood dining is top-tier and the rooms are well-maintained, management urgently needs to address the service standards and organization in both the main restaurant and the bars.

I am absolutely thrilled with the massage at this hotel! The massage therapist was very professional and meticulously massaged my entire body, paying attention to every detail. The hotel staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.The dining options are incredibly diverse, with delicious food suitable for both children and adults. It is a magnificent place for a vacation with kids and for the whole family. Every evening, there are activities for children, as well as shows and dancing for the entire family. The location, nature, and entertainment are wonderful, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, just like a castle. A wonderful experience that I would definitely love to repeat. Crystal Prestige was excellent in every way. The hospitality, rooms, reception, and food were all outstanding. The swimming pools and all water areas were exceptionally clean. Everything was perfect. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful, especially Nikolai, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort!
