We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort and would happily rate it 5 out of 5. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the resort was especially accommodating for families with babies and young children. It really made travelling with a little one feel easy and relaxed. The resort itself is very spacious, with large rooms and plenty of space to move around, which we really appreciated. The waterpark was a huge highlight for our family, and there were so many activities available for children that it kept us entertained throughout our stay. A special mention to some outstanding staff members who truly made our experience memorable: Vera and Romeo at the bar – absolutely fantastic service and genuinely the best cocktails we had during our stay. Bal from housekeeping – our room was always cleaned quickly, thoroughly, and with such a friendly attitude. Sunita in the kitchen – always greeted us with a warm smile (and beautiful lipstick!) and the food she prepared was excellent. Harsh at reception – went above and beyond by even WhatsApping us when our rental car arrived, which we really appreciated. One small point of feedback: while the staff were very affectionate with our baby, it would be better for hygiene reasons if staff avoided touching babies’ hands or faces. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-run holiday.

Wonderful resort for the kids. Water park it's excellent with very friendly life guards. The small shows at night will keep you entertained. The saga dance and Bollywood dance was excellent. Staff are friendly. Special mention to Akash. He really made sure we were comfortable and seen to all the time. Also special mention to Kavita who made sure our room was always neat and tidy

After staying over 50 times at different resorts of the country's 3 biggest hotel chains of the island, I decided to have a stay at Crystal Beach Radisson upon my kids request to try their aqualand. Their check in time is 15.00 and check out is 11.00 compared to the usual 14.00 check in and 12.00 check out we were used to. Drove 1 and a half hour across the country and reached there at 14.45. We were received by Kushi who brought us to a room with tables and chairs and handed us a form to fill in. No welcoming drinks, no wet towels, nothing, just the form to fill in. And when we returned the filled form, we were told that our room wont be ready for a while and we would have to wait. We finally got our room at 16.00!!and our luguage brought to the room at 16.15!! And to our disappointment as we reached the aqualand were informed that it closes at 16.00. The next day while we had the room we couldnt use it either as it opens at 10.00 and you have to handover the room at 11.00. We were told that even though we returned the room we would be able to use the aqualand for a few hours, but as we reached there at around noon, we were now told that its closing for 1 hour for staff lunch. As it was windy, we decided to go try the heated pool in the meantime. But as we reached there,were told by a staff that the pool is not heated and the heated pool sign was fake. We then shifted to smaller pool near the bar where we were greeted by stray dogs with the complete indifference of the staff there as the dogs would even come close to your table as you eat without any action from them. What an utter dissapointment compared to the usual standards we are used to at the other hotel chains. Staying there for 1 night is useless if u want to be there for the aqualand, their check in and check out time and the actual opening hours of their main attraction would leave you with no time at all to use it while having your room. They claim to be a 4 star but staying at a 3 stars hotel and going to the actual nearby waterpark would be much better value and better experience

My husband and I recently visited Crystal Beach Resort Belle Mare and had the most marvellous time. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and idyllic turquoise water. I especially enjoyed snorkelling and seeing all the colourful fish. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, with a special mention to Raj, who went to great lengths to take care of us and make us feel so welcome and special. He remembered our drinks order at every meal and was always warm, hospitable, and kind. He truly made our stay that much more memorable. The spa was excellent, and we also enjoyed making use of the gym facilities, although the gym equipment could perhaps be updated in the near future. Our room was lovely, and the food and drinks were glorious throughout the trip. There is truly no excuse not to have a wonderful time at this resort, and I would highly recommend a visit.
