We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and would especially like to recognize two people who truly made our experience special. A huge thank you and five stars to Raj from the restaurant, who made every meal more enjoyable with his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He always maintained a very high standard and made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. Another person who deserves special recognition is Eza from the reception. From the very beginning, he showed us great support, understanding, and willingness to help. He answered every question we had with incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. We truly appreciated his positive attitude and the way he took care of us throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, although we feel that the beach area could be cleaned more frequently, which would make the overall experience even better. The food in the restaurants was good, and the entertainment was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff! Everything was truly wonderful, and what impressed us most was the genuine kindness, friendliness, and warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Raj and Eza, for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to come back!
