The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at Show
  • Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
  • Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
  • Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
  • Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
  • Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
  • In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
  • Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
  • Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule
  • 24-hour room service (tray charge applies)
  • Yoga and stretching classes

We had an amazing stay at Tamassa and truly enjoyed every moment. The room location was perfect, offering both comfort and convenience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of seafood and quality at every meal. The entertainment was also a highlight. There was always something enjoyable happening, both during the day and in the evening, which made the experience even more memorable. A special mention to the entertainment team during the foam party. They were incredible! So talented, energetic, and they really knew how to keep guests engaged and having fun. A special mention as well for the kitchen staff who kindly prepared fresh purée for our baby upon request. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and made our stay with a little one much easier. The only small downside was the lack of waiters around the pool area. It would have been more convenient to have service there, as we had to leave the pool to place orders at the bar. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend Tamassa for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful resort. The beach was great and sea was warm with lots of different fish. The room was clean and everything worked. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Particular thank you to Dawson at reception for being so helpful. The main resturant was good with themed food evenings plenty of choice for all tastes. The Beach Bar was fun and the food at the Playa Resturant was absolutely excellent. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making out stay a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Property is amazing. But cleaning service is very slow, we had to keep requesting multiple times for cleaning. They have good variety of food for morning complementary breakfast. But need to improve quality of Indian menu and pan cake and waffle. They also offer complementary activities like kayaking,snorkeling, glass boat etc... but you have to reserve it well in advance.

Our stay at the Tamassa Bel Ombre was truly an unforgettable experience for me, my family, and our entire group who attended the Yoga-Pilates Camp from March 17–25. Everything was perfect—from the warm welcome and comfortable accommodation to the excellent services. I especially enjoyed the therapies and pedicure, and would like to give a special thank you to Jessica. A huge thank you also goes to Sid, the animation manager, who made our stay even more enjoyable with fun activities and great energy. He is incredibly creative and attentive. We really appreciated the delicious food, as well as the thoughtful service—especially the daily delivery of two bottles of water to our room. The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious, offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation, sports, and entertainment (Jenga, chess, and more). A very special thank you to everyone who organized the Mauritian evening, which also included a celebration of my birthday. It was a magical night I will never forget.
