The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at Show
  • Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
  • Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
  • Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
  • Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
  • Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
  • In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
  • Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
  • Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule

Pleasant stay at Tamassa Bel ombré The staff were extremely polite , warm welcoming and attentive which is a big importance to when I stay at a hotel. We travelled with a guest that was a wheelchair user and the facility provided as well as the support was excellent. As it is hard to find hotel with enough accessibility info. We had no issues with getting around the hotel and the use of the bathroom. We were provided with a wet chair for the shower and there were railings to support. The food choices were great and it varied each day as well as the entertainment. Rooms were comfortable with the simple amenities. Beach was beautiful and there were enough sun loungers for all. The hotel offers complimentary activities with all inclusive. There is kids club that opens until 10pm with various activities throughout the days. The highlight of my stay was the Spa and my body massage was exceptional. I felt very much relaxed! There is a great selection of drinks for all cocktails and mocktails, beer wine and soft drinks. This hotel is ideal for families with 3 Pools.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Mr. Devesh & Dhruv and Ms. Melisson! We had a wonderful experience thanks to them. They were very welcoming, kind and professional, and made us feel at ease from the beginning. The best service of our stay, truly! Unfortunately the experience was not the same everywhere. At reception, we asked to keep my best friend's cake "bride to be" in the fridge to prevent it from defrosting, they said ok, but when we received it back it was completely defrosted and ruined. Very disappointing. Also at the Sun Bar, we felt very unwelcomed, no smile, no greeting. No one look after us. We had the impression that service was selective because we are mauritian. The management should definitely review the service at Reception and Sun Bar. But a big thank you and full appreciation to Mr. Devesh, Melisson, Dhruv & Yassin for saving our day with their excellent hospitality.

Really enjoyed my time at Tamassa, the beach is one of the best out of the many hotels in Mauritius, the rooms immaculate and spacious, and relaxing by the pool. My only concerns is the lack of service speed at the bar, where at least twice I had to go and remind them of my order. The other was the busy reception for both check in and check out, there seemed to be a lot of staff but perhaps not being attentive to all incoming and outgoing customers. I would have like to check out but after waiting 15 minutes, I simply dropped the card in the box but I would have liked to detail the good and bad points upon check out. The dinner service was great on the other hand and staff were incredibly attentive. Overall, I had a great time and I would come back again.

We stayed at Tamassa for 4 nights and 5 days on a half-board package, and honestly it exceeded our expectations. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars rather than 4. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were given an amazing spacious room directly opposite the beach. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A huge thank you to Mr Nisha and Mr Siven for making our stay so special. Communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. They arranged a beautiful surprise seafood platter for us and also reserved a table for us at the à la carte restaurant, which made our trip feel even more memorable. They also helped arrange a visit to a private island, which was one of the highlights of our stay. On half board, there was a great variety from the buffet, and we especially loved trying the Mauritian dishes, which were authentic and delicious. There was entertainment most evenings, and we enjoyed the Sega performances during our stay, which really added to the Mauritian experience and atmosphere.The location, service, food, entertainment, and overall attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend Tamassa to anyone visiting Mauritius, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay!

What a wonderful property to stay at in South Mauritius! The resort is beautifully designed, and the entire property is visually stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with fresh bed linens, while the bathrooms were spotless and hygienic. The resort features three swimming pools and a restaurant. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet offered an excellent variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. One of the highlights was the burger truck, which served some truly delicious burgers. The private beach attached to the resort was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Tamassa and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Mauritius.
