The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at Show
  • Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
  • Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
  • Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
  • Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
  • Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
  • In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
  • Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
  • Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule
  • 24-hour room service (tray charge applies)
  • Yoga and stretching classes

I recently stayed at Tamassa Bel Ombre and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful and spacious, with well-maintained surroundings that make the stay really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the food — it was super delicious with a very large variety available at the restaurant. For all-inclusive guests, the bar offers an excellent selection of drinks, which was great to see. The staff across the resort were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. A special mention goes to the burger truck — the burgers were absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had on the island. However, one negative experience was at the ice cream parlour. The lady serving the ice cream had a very poor attitude. She was unwelcoming, did not smile, and looked like she really did not want to be there. It unfortunately made the experience there quite unpleasant. Aside from that small issue, everything else was fantastic. I would rate this resort a solid 4.5/5. It is a wonderful hotel and honestly deserves to be rated as a 5-star property rather than a 4-star. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Mauritius. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

We had a lovely week at this beautiful resort. The beach was great and sea was warm with lots of different fish. The room was clean and everything worked. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Particular thank you to Dawson at reception for being so helpful. The main resturant was good with themed food evenings plenty of choice for all tastes. The Beach Bar was fun and the food at the Playa Resturant was absolutely excellent. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making out stay a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

I stayed at Tamassa Bel Ombre as a solo parent with my 6-year-old daughter, and overall we had a lovely experience. As soon as you enter the lobby, you’re greeted with an incredible view of the swimming pool and the beach. It creates an immediate “wow” factor — you truly feel like you’ve arrived in paradise. The check-in was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Ayush and Isha, who were both caring and very professional throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping team was extremely attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The beach is absolutely stunning — white sand and turquoise water. The sea is shallow enough for young children, which made it perfect for my daughter. We even enjoyed some snorkelling together. The sunsets were simply breathtaking. The only downside for me was the food. Given the hot and humid climate, I would have appreciated more grilled options and a wider selection of fresh salads. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant made dining less comfortable and harder to fully enjoy. Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a stunning setting, especially for families with young children. Thank you !

Jigisha is excellent in her job and supported us throughout our stay. Food was really tasty and amazing. Special Thanks to Chef and his team for looking after us and our parents needs.

A perfect getaway! The beach is breathtaking and the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. It's very kid-friendly with a great 'game village' that kept the little ones busy. We also loved the variety of activities the tennis courts and fitness studio were top-notch!
