When we arrived we were quickly shown around by Diane. We had to wait for our rooms, but managed to change, have some breakfast and lie on the beach. Our rooms were very clean a stones throw from the beach but smaller than we had imagined. The food in the buffet was nice and in the Aqua restaurant we had to pay a surplus for the majority on the menu, although what was included in the ‘all inclusive’ was lovely. We took some concerns to the management and the staff could not do enough to ensure our expectations were met. Staff were amazing. Friendly, polite and pretty awesome tbh. The spa and 2 hour massage was the best and left us feeling totally relaxed. The dog was a bonus, and I do hope the couple who plan to adopt him managed this. Overall our holiday was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view. We felt really well and relaxed throughout our stay. Rooms are tidy and nice. Food is really good. Staff is always in good mood and they are also really helpful. Pool area is really good, not overcrowded and we felt good in every aspect. One small thing that we would change to is to maybe play some music around the pool area but besides that we dont have anything negative to say.

We had such a wonderful time! The staff were incredibly kind, cheerful, and attentive throughout the evening. They helped us organize a surprise birthday celebration for our friend and made the moment extra special. The food was outstanding — full of flavor and served perfectly. Our holiday was for my mum's 75th birthday celebration. Our stay has been fantastic and was made very special by the wonderful staff in reception and restaurants. The food was exceptional and freshly made. The ocean view room was spacious and clean. The taxi driver who we used 3 times was very polite and professional. It's difficult to mention one member of staff as all the staff were very polite, helpful and approachable. My mum has thoroughly enjoyed her birthday. Thank you so much.
