Words can't describe how amazing the team are in this hotel. From Sheel and Sultana helping us pre book the spa and golf, to Ramesh and his team when we arrived. We wanted for nothing. Then there is Vinay... He takes hospitality to the next level. A ten minute conversation and all our excursions were booked no fuss, no hard sell. He genuinely cares about how good your stay is and will do anything in his power to make sure it is the epic trip you had imagined. The kids (9 & 10) had an amazing time, all of the watersports included were great and the food was lovely. The themed nights mixed it up and the a la carte options were a nice treat. The nine was the best 9 holes course I have played. Although the ninth took more golf balls than I care to admit. The leadership team should be very proud of their team and what they are helping them to build. 10/10.

The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire resort was beautifully designed. We particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that everything was organized to allow guests to fully unwind and enjoy themselves. The staff is undoubtedly one of the resort's greatest assets. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling. At every moment, we felt that they genuinely cared about our well-being and ensuring we lacked nothing. We would like to extend special thanks and praise to Vinay Koomar. From the moment we arrived at the resort, Vinay ensured we had everything we needed and was always available to assist us. His kindness, professionalism, and amazing helpfulness made our stay even more special. We were particularly impressed by the effort he put into explaining the island to us, recommending places worth visiting, and helping us make the most of our time in Mauritius. We had a wonderful stay at Radisson, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our room butler, Vashish, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Since we were on our honeymoon, he made it feel truly special by decorating our room beautifully every day, just like in the photos. His thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made us feel celebrated and created unforgettable memories. We would also like to thank Kavita, who cleaned our room. She was such a kind and lovely person. We had a few pleasant conversations with her, and she always kept our room spotless. Every time we saw her, she greeted us warmly with a smile and took the time to chat with us, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hospitality, kindness, and genuine care from the staff made our honeymoon even more special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future.
