A beautiful luxurious resort tucked at the end of a road with no vehicular traffic noise. We stayed at a Villa for a week and loved the stay. They have a slice of beach to themselves and a good nearly 400 metres of compound along the beach to walk along. The resort facilities includes an infinity swimming pool, 3 restaurants and a bar, a small shallow pool by the restaurant which adds to the beauty of it, a spa etc. The pathways connecting Villas and rooms to the restaurant, swimming pool and spa were beautifully landscaped. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread at La Toque Blanche was very elaborate with local and international food catering to European and Indian palate. They would also have live singing for a limited time during dinner time along with Karaoke thrown in for interested guests. They would have special dinner nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays where they shift the whole restaurant by the side of the Ocean with seating under the tents and live dance performances. The walk to the main Flic en Flac beach would not take more than 10 minutes and so does a walk to Jumbo Express Pasadena on the Coastal Road for buying daily essentials and water bottles. It was a shame that the Resort provided only 2 500ml water bottles per day. Also at close distance were money exchangers and restaurants to try out local food. The Front Office and the restaurant staff were always smiling and welcoming but had bad experience with Housekeeping staff as they would not have a fixed time slot to service the room. The Room Service was even worse. Overall, the stay was good.

Stayed at this resort for 7 nights with my girlfriend. We don't take all inclusive only because we like to explore outside the resort. But what we have seen internally was satisfying. Not everything but I would say enough for 4 star hotel. We had a private villa and we loved the space of the villa. Housekeeping was ok. Not great but they did their job to keep it clean. For full satisfaction I think they have expected tips left everyday. Evening entertainment was the downside for this resort what we have seen. Breakfast was good just fruits disappeared very quickly and very long wait until it's back. Other than that it's a good resort. But would I come back again probably would try something different there's better options around.

Had a fantastic time, stayed here for a week. Superior room was comfortable. The back gardens weren't in good condition. Didn't enjoy the beach because of rocks and sea weeds. However the pools were lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Management were very friendly as well.

This is one of the worst place I have been too I had so many issues while I stayed here 1) The room service is so bad that they take 3-4 hours just to get one bottle of water 2) menu is so limited and almost same every other day 3 ) Not all who work here are nice at the same time some of them are really sweet and nice too , again over all bad service and not good service you get 4) I had been to anniversary they are supposed to get me candle light dinner which was never done so not organized and my tour agency had been in touch and they had shared me screen shots that they have informed yet they ruined the anniversary 5) I had ordered an anniversary cake clearly mentioned , Instead I got happy birthday cake ! ( picture attached 6) the rooms are filled with insects, ants everywhere , lizard’s everywhere 7) bathrooms had leaking taps and things 8) rooms service will just rinse the cups and kettle and not wash it . 9 ) one of the days I had to leave early asked if they can pack me breakfast like small snacks , but they were rude enough to just reject the favor On a whole pls think about staying some other place cause what you pay here is just not worth , same cost you would get way better place to stay

The hotel is well- design, modern and very interesting long stay, rooms are very clean and very friendly staffs which are very pleasant. Comfortable atmosphere as if home sweet home. The food is simple and very tasty. I am a loyal customer from Anelia hotel resort as I have had long stays during the month of November . It has improved as compared to last year even though it was still good customer service. I wish this hotel staffing the best and to always progress further , meeting their long - term goals in Mauritius. I recommend new customers to experience great memories and moments with families, friends and colleagues at this hotel.
