We had a fantastic stay at Ocean’s Creek Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was comfortable, welcoming and well looked after. The location was lovely, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our holiday, and we were very happy with our experience. Would definitely recommend Ocean Creek and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! 🌴☀️

We spent 2 nights there and we really enjoyed our stay! The team there really took great care of us! The spa session was great! The kids had an awesome time especially with the activities available, mainly the slides, the wall climbing, kayaking, and the pool table. A special thanks to Zameera (Spa), Aaron, Céline and Sylvetre (Équipe Animation) and Abi for those great cocktails!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay this weekend! From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Vikesh for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made a real difference to our experience. The Kids Club exceeded our expectations! Our daughter had an incredible time and didn't want to leave. There were plenty of fun activities, and the staff were caring, energetic, and wonderful with the children. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again soon!

My girlfriend and I have been to Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel for two valentines day in a row now (2025 and 2026). We sticked to all-inclusive day package for the 2025th one as our first hotel experience and honestly, you guys set the bar REALLY high already and we couldn't help but book a family room now in 2026 and we've even been upgraded to a family suite (Which honestly, was the cherry on the cake). We are very very appreciative of this kind gesture of the hotel. The reception itself felt amazing, warm and cosy. We were greeted by Muz who eventually gave up the amazing news of the suite upgrade as well as the hotel tour which was quick and concise. Special thanks to you all; Muz, Anne and Anshdeep for their guidance as well as their friendly traits and warm personalities. Family suite felt... unreal I am genuinely very happy with the quality of the service I've got, from the really comfortable king-sized bed, to the rotate-able television screen with a custom message for me, to the double A/C units, the ceiling fans, the amazing bathtub along with the nice showers and bathrooms. Food was flawless, hats off to all the cooks and the waiters out there. Note; To whoever gave us the upgrade, you have our heartfelt thanks. It truly felt like we couldn't **Expect The Unexpected** with that one 🥺 and we shall definitely be booking again for the next valentines day. p.s: Aqua Gym was great, though, when Cedric does it, it's unique in it's kind. Hopefully we shall have him next year 👀 though the girls did a great job too 🔥 These were days to remember for life. And we shall have many more 🙌🏻✨

Disappointing All-Inclusive Experience I recently stayed at Ocean Creek Beach Hotel Mauritius for 2 nights on an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, while there are some positive aspects, I was disappointed overall, particularly with the food and beverages. The positives: The staff members were excellent — very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is also well maintained and clean, with a great swimming pool. The entertainment and activities team were also very good and made a real effort to keep guests entertained. The negatives: The food: Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much more variety and better quality. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were very limited, with a relatively small selection of dishes. The choices were often along the lines of salad, Indian food/curries, pasta, pâte/macaroni salad and desserts, without much variety from one meal to another. The taste was also disappointing. On some occasions, the food had very little salt and was noticeably bland. Having stayed at several 4-star and 5-star hotels, I found the food offering well below what I would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive property. The bar and drinks: The bar was another significant disappointment. The all-inclusive drinks selection is very limited, with approximately 12 drinks included while many others are chargeable. There was only one type of beer available — Thirsty Fox. Even some relatively standard cocktails, such as Sex on the Beach, were not included and had to be paid for separately. More importantly, the quality of some of the included drinks was poor. On the first night, I ordered a cocktail that tasted like almost pure alcohol poured over ice, so I could not finish it. The whisky included in the all-inclusive package was also very poor in taste. Overall: The hotel's cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, staff and activities are certainly positives. However, food and beverages are a major part of an all-inclusive experience, and this is where the hotel fell short for me. Having experienced several 4-star and 5-star hotels, I would say that while the maintenance and facilities are at a 4-star level, the food and beverage offering does not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. I left disappointed and would not choose this hotel again based on the food and beverage experience.
