Is this the best, fancier hotel we've stayed at? No. Is it nice? Yes. We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room we stayed at was nice ,but a bit odd. The shower room is small and the sink is placed in the middle of the room. A bit odd, if you asked me. There's a plunge pool, but way too cold to use. Our room got no sunlight at all. The hotel counts with 2 nice pools and a nice beach area. An outdoor gym and another small indoor gym. The breakfast is nice and plenty to chose from. Now the bad part; we had a horrible first night there was some water pipe problem in the room above ours, and the noise kept us up since 3:00am. The maintenance people arrived at 7:00 and fixed the problem, but all we got from our sleepless night, at a 5 star hotel was an: ups! We're very sorry. Our flight was on a Sunday at 18:00, we asked to keep the room until 17:30, but it came at a hefty price even if the hotel was half empty. At the end of the day, they sent a message letting us know that we could stay until 16:00 free of charge. A happy ending to what almost seemed a sad end to a lovely holiday.

Best resort experience ever. Each single person of the staff is just lovely, the resulting service amazing, and the food itself deserves its own review, like a proper high-end restaurant. The location is incredible: completely hidden from the street, a brilliantly designed resort suddenly reveals itself, combining elegance, understated luxury, and respect for the beautiful surrounding nature. The setting is just perfect, in a quiet cove, with the sun setting right in front of you as you have dinner just steps away from the beach, in a really cozy, heartwarming outdoor garden. Live music in the evening is a lovely touch. A special thank you to Kostas for the warm welcome, and to Kostandina for elevating our meals with perfect recommendations and lovely care.

The hotel has a beautiful natural sea view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and both the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent. The dinner restaurant was also very good, although quite expensive. Special thanks to the breakfast staff member in a blue shirt and dark grey trousers. He seemed serious at first but was very attentive. He remembered that we ordered omelets the day before and asked if we wanted them again the next morning, which was a lovely detail. However, my biggest disappointment was also the breakfast service. Coffee and juice are served by staff, and several times they refilled drinks for guests right next to me without asking me. After this happened repeatedly, I genuinely felt overlooked. More consistent service would make a big difference. The pillows were initially too high, but the staff quickly replaced them after we mentioned it. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear running water and the refrigerator at night. We appreciated the late check-out, but our key stopped working at 11 a.m. After returning from swimming, we had to wait 10–15 minutes at reception while still wet to reactivate it. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work, so we had to return to reception again. Overall, the view, environment and food were great, but breakfast service consistency, front desk efficiency and soundproofing could be improved.

We visited the hotel for dinner at Raw Bar Restaurant. The stuff attending us were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Effie for her great service and expertise in the dishes. The food was better than we could imagine with Peruvian and Japanese twists. Their signature cocktails were superb. The scenery alongside everything else (Service Food and drinks) made our visit to Domes Noruz memorable and we will definitely return and recommend it to our friends and family!

Fantastic ambience, pure luxury and relaxing retreat. We received the suite that we requested which was perfect- thank you! Staff noted our preferences during our stay which added a lovely personal touch. It was our anniversary whilst staying and we received some lovely treats from the hotel staff which were left within our suite. Great food, lots of free sun beds, clear sea, sandy beach and private spa. We will definitely visit again!
