A very good hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, good food, friendly staff, who speak communicative English, a very well-functioning kids' club, a great water park, even on the beach, full service, serving drinks. Live music in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself has a very well-functioning car rental office. The hotel surroundings are simply magical, with well-kept greenery everywhere. Every employee is very friendly, there's nothing I could find fault with. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

We had the most amazing family holiday at Euphoria Crete and loved every single minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The food was always fresh and delicious, and we especially loved the all-inclusive restaurants (particularly the sushi restaurant) which gave us so much variety throughout the holiday. The cocktails were also incredible – the perfect treat while relaxing in the sunshine. Our room was spotless every single day thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team, and the whole resort felt beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the adults-only spa. It was such a lovely, peaceful escape and the massage was absolutely first class – so relaxing and luxurious. We made so many special family memories here and already know we’d love to return again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Crete!

(stayed in September 2025 )Amazing stay will most definitely be returning!! The rooms were spacious and very modern, the balcony was good but the sea view was from a distance from behind trees so although you could see the sea it wasn't quite what we usually get (fully sea view rooms were booked). The restaurants were very very good, definitely book your al a carte in as soon as you can and make use of the extensive entertainment programs (we did pilates on water and water zumba which was super fun). My partner enjoyed the gym, had a very nice view and the bar was insane! The drinks were soooo good, all branded alcohols with drinks being made infront of you so most definitely not watered down and you can get bottles of wine from the bar too. The hotel offers an excellent taxi service to nearby towns/villages which I would definitely reccomend especially in the evenings! They had a vitamin bar during the day where you could get freshly squeezed juices, and the variety of lunches you could get from different places was great. What won me over was how kind the hotel staff were to the stray animals that sometimes wondered onto the ground, didn't shout, didn't shoo them off, fed them and gave them water and let them get on with their day which no one minded! The beach was well looked after. There was one bartender that I remember who was called Victoria who was super lovely!

Wow, what a great resort. Best in class Cusine (specifically in the resturants in which you need to order after check in - do the pre checkin...) , pool (huge, clean and loads of places to relax), nice beachfront and a lot of little things - suflaki with icecream near the waterslides, vitamin shakes in the main pool, all day all-inclusive service and shows for kids and adults at the evening and many more.

Food was mediocre at the buffer but the restaurants were better, although they take forever to serve the food. I received some very rude racist stares here from other guests. This isn't the hotels fault but tells you the type of people you can find here. So if you are a person of colour be prepared for stares from some low quality guests. I am on holiday just like everyone else and I DO NOT WANT TO BE STARED because of my skin color.The staff at the coffee station can also be selective with their service. The best part was leaving to go back home.
