We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay at this hotel. The food was very distinctive, and we especially loved trying dishes we had never had before, such as hilopites. The lounge bar was particularly excellent, with a great selection of drinks, all of which were very well done. The beach is beautiful. Although the hotel is relatively far from Chania and some of the other major tourist attractions, this was easy to manage, as there are plenty of car rental companies nearby. Our children also had a fantastic time. The kids’ club and the evening activities were especially impressive and honestly exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be very happy to come back.

A Disappointing Experience for Families with Young Children One of the most heartbreaking things as a parent is seeing your child excited about something, only to watch that excitement turn into disappointment. We came to Euphoria Resort hoping to create beautiful family memories, especially for our little one, who was so excited to enjoy the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the indoor pool is only available to children for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. The rest of the time is reserved for adults. How do you explain to a small child, who is simply enjoying their holiday, that they have to leave the pool because their time is over? How do you explain why adults can continue enjoying the facilities while children cannot? Adults can understand rules, schedules and restrictions. Young children cannot. All they understand is that something they were looking forward to has suddenly been taken away. We understand that adults deserve peace and relaxation, but families with children also deserve to feel welcome and included. If the resort wants to reserve most of the indoor pool hours for adults, then perhaps it should provide a separate indoor pool for children or allow families more time to enjoy it together. We chose a five-star resort expecting a wonderful experience for the whole family, not just the adults. Children only get to be little once. Holidays are supposed to be filled with laughter, happiness and precious memories, not tears and disappointment because they are not allowed to swim. I truly hope the management listens to families and considers making a change. A truly family-friendly resort should make every guest feel special, including its youngest ones.

A very good hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, good food, friendly staff, who speak communicative English, a very well-functioning kids' club, a great water park, even on the beach, full service, serving drinks. Live music in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself has a very well-functioning car rental office. The hotel surroundings are simply magical, with well-kept greenery everywhere. Every employee is very friendly, there's nothing I could find fault with. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

We visited Euphoria Resort for a day by the pool, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to spend the day. We would especially like to thank Michalis and Vasiliki, who were serving us throughout the day. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. Their excellent service and positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A big thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Euphoria Resort!

(stayed in September 2025 )Amazing stay will most definitely be returning!! The rooms were spacious and very modern, the balcony was good but the sea view was from a distance from behind trees so although you could see the sea it wasn't quite what we usually get (fully sea view rooms were booked). The restaurants were very very good, definitely book your al a carte in as soon as you can and make use of the extensive entertainment programs (we did pilates on water and water zumba which was super fun). My partner enjoyed the gym, had a very nice view and the bar was insane! The drinks were soooo good, all branded alcohols with drinks being made infront of you so most definitely not watered down and you can get bottles of wine from the bar too. The hotel offers an excellent taxi service to nearby towns/villages which I would definitely reccomend especially in the evenings! They had a vitamin bar during the day where you could get freshly squeezed juices, and the variety of lunches you could get from different places was great. What won me over was how kind the hotel staff were to the stray animals that sometimes wondered onto the ground, didn't shout, didn't shoo them off, fed them and gave them water and let them get on with their day which no one minded! The beach was well looked after. There was one bartender that I remember who was called Victoria who was super lovely!
