Absolutely amazing resort! Euphoria Resort was simply outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, luxurious, extremely clean, and worth every euro. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and there was a great variety of delicious food and drinks across the resort. The swimming pool is absolutely incredible — huge, beautiful, and one of the cleanest and best pools we have ever experienced. The kids’ activities and water park were fantastic, making it an excellent choice for families. The beach was also very nice and great for swimming, although the water wasn’t as crystal clear as some other beaches in Crete. We were also given a wonderful room upgrade, and having our own pool made the experience even more special.

Currently staying at Euphoria Resort in Crete and this is our honest review. The resort lacks any real atmosphere or life, which has been disappointing. The buffet feels more like a busy canteen than a 5-star dining experience and often turns into complete chaos at peak times. Some of the staff are genuinely friendly and work extremely hard, but others seem to avoid even making eye contact around the pool, which can make getting service frustrating. We also had issues with the restaurant booking system, as booking restaurants was not available on the app until the second day of our holiday. When we eventually managed to access the app, the only restaurant times available were after 9pm, which we felt was not acceptable. We had to approach guest relations, who thankfully managed to arrange restaurant bookings for us after we raised our concerns at the time. Our room with a shared pool was definitely a highlight and we really enjoyed that aspect of the stay. However, don’t be misled into thinking that booking a Signature room qualifies a late check-out. We were given the impression this was possible, only to be kept waiting and informed at 2pm the day before departure that it could not be accommodated, with the alternative being to use the pool showers after checking out. Overall, in our opinion this does not feel like a true 5-star experience. We would rate it closer to a 4-star resort and unfortunately wouldn’t return.

We had an excellent experience at Euphoria Resort. Our family booked the Signature collection and it did not disappoint. The service we received was exceptional. A special shout out to Eugene and Mikela who looked after us and were very professional. The food was of the highest quality and the drinks were premium. Very child friendly and accommodating. The calibre of other guests is of the highest and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you, Euphoria Resort for a truly memorable experience!

A very good hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, good food, friendly staff, who speak communicative English, a very well-functioning kids' club, a great water park, even on the beach, full service, serving drinks. Live music in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself has a very well-functioning car rental office. The hotel surroundings are simply magical, with well-kept greenery everywhere. Every employee is very friendly, there's nothing I could find fault with. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, from the moment we got there we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed, check in process was very easy. Our room was lovely very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable which to us is important. Good food at a hotel is also important to us and the food here is top notch, so much choice and there are five different a la carte restaurants! We had the pleasure of going to four of them and the food was superb. The staff in each of the restaurants were so friendly/professional and made each meal very enjoyable. The pool is very nice, so big and there is a quieter section at the top end closer to the beach which never really got too busy. The spa is included which is great, I used the steam room a good number of times and there was never anyone in it. The indoor pool has a nice jacuzzi and five different water jets so this was all very relaxing. We did go to the beach a few times and it was also very nice there and we never had trouble finding sun loungers there or anywhere else at the pool or waterpark. The water park was also very nice and there were never any queues for the slides. The cleaners and maintenance staff keep the whole place looking immaculate! The Gardens, pool areas, spa, beach and food areas are all kept really clean and spotless. Every morning we seen them jet washing the paths around the pools and making everything looks spotless. The entertainment was fun and we really enjoyed the greek music night, those guys are top musicians! We would like to say a special thank you to Ivana (I think that's how her name is spelt, she has dark hair and glasses) who works in the main restaurant, she always has a smile on her face and interacted with us. The kind gentleman named Stratos who works at the smaller pool bar near the room we stayed in was also very friendly and happy, and always made us feel very welcome. Despite feeling unwell one day he was still putting in 100% effort. I think these kind of staff should be looked after. The only reasons we gave four stars for service is that it would have been nice to have seen the mini bar in the room stocked up with some drinks and snacks, some premium bottled beer at the bars and restaurants would have been nice too. We've stayed at other 5 star hotels in Greece and have seen this. Also some of the main restaurant and bar staff look like they don't want to be there, and look annoyed if we asked for something, like we are inconveniencing them. This didn't spoil our stay though! On the whole a very nice hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere amazing to stay in Crete!
