We are currently staying at the Kiani beach resort in Crete and have to say that Spiros in the restaurant was amazing. He attended to us with Drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He greeted everyone that walked in and is great person to have at front of house. This restaurant which I think is K3 near the paddle court was the best! My daughters absolutely loved the pizzas. It was better than Franca manca. The executive chef Nikos was always visible and checking the food from the front to make sure the standard was always on point and if we needed any alternatives he was very accommodating. Shout out to the guy that is on the pancakes at the beach bar! This hotel is clean and feels very new. Management want to do everything they can. Gym was open 24hrs which wasn’t advertised but my husband was very happy! Thank you and we will defo be back.

A Wonderful Stay with Truly Caring People We had a fantastic experience at Kiani Beach Resort! Beyond the great facilities and beautiful location, what really stood out to us was the human side of this big resort.. During our stay, my mother unfortunately tripped and fell, hurting her face and needing a few stitches. Other guests and the staff reacted immediately with care and professionalism. They helped us right away and even called a taxi to take us to the hospital. When we returned, everyone kept asking how my mother was doing — every single day. Their kindness and genuine concern meant so much to us. The food was very good and there was always plenty of choice, more than enough for everyone. The evening shows were lively and fun, a perfect way to end the day. Thank you to the whole team for turning a stressful moment into a reminder of how caring people can be. We truly appreciated everything and highly recommend this resort! If we come back to Crete, we’ll definitely choose to stay at Kiani Beach Resort again!

A super warm welcome upon our arrival to the hotel. The ladies at the reception, especially Evangelia and Elektra are so nice, polite, and professional. They know everything about the hotel, and they are ready to help in any minute with the different kind of questions. The atmosphere in the hotel is exceptionally good, especially for kids. A lot of entertainment for kids and also for adults. The food is very delicious. 
The cleaning service is good. We really like our staying in this hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Food is fantastic (courtesy of head chef Nikolas). Tried all 3 restaurants and all fantastic with lots of choice. Restaurant 3 is the one that has a theme each night, so something for everyone. (Not the same food each night like a lot of all inclusives). Big shout out to Spiros who made us so welcome 😃 Thank you for a fabulous stay

My boyfriend and I weren't guests in the hotel, but we booked a couples massage. It was a fabulous experience! We called in the morning and we're lucky to get an appointment 1 hour later. The Spa staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is relaxing and calming. It was by far the best massage I've ever had! The massage bed was super comfy (I usually start being uncomfortable around my face after 30min, but not this time!). The music was just super relaxing and the massage itself hit all the right spots! Finally someone that got all the knots out in my shoulder area while still being gentle. We had an amazing time and can highly recommend. Thank you! :)
