My wife and I stayed here for 7 days. We stayed in one of the plunge pool rooms. We arrived from Melbourne and even though we were an hour and a half late, our driver and the hotel were very understanding and accommodating. The marble lobby was amazing, the pool area was amazing. Our room was amazing. The food was amazing. And the Balinese people are the most friendly, patient people i have ever met. From check in to check out, the whole process was super easy. If you are trying to decide where to stay, especially if you want a private pool, you won't be disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this property and couldn't recommend it more. The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt, making check-in and any requests a breeze. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable home base. The location is excellent, putting us right where we needed to be, but the real highlight was the amazing sunset views from the hotel! To top it off, the food and drinks were great; we found ourselves dining on-site more than we expected. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The location, room, food selection and service is seriously faultless. The staff are the nicest most helpful and happy employees we have seen in any hotel we’ve ever been to. Special mention to Apri in the lagoon area and Fikry in concierge, two standout staff members who are a credit to the hotel. These two men went above and beyond to show an interest in us and to make our stay even more special. Thanks kindly to all. It was a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Double-Six Luxury Hotel with my family, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. As this was my first trip to Indonesia, it has become one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly part of the family 💯🙌🏻 I even made genuine friendships with some of the staff that I know I’ll never forget. I’d especially love to give a huge shoutout to Katana Wiguna. Thank you, sir, for always going above and beyond in everything you do. The way you treat both your guests and fellow staff members truly stands out and speaks volumes about your character. Double Six is incredibly lucky to have such amazing staff. Thank you again to everyone at Double Six for making our stay so special — I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed for 5 nights in February. Cannot fault the service of the wonderful staff. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles and everyone was willing to help. Even before we arrived, they noticed our daughter, who booked separately from us, had the same surname, so they emailed and asked if we were a family and put is on the same floor close together. The location is excellent for access to beach walks and around Seminyak. The Plantation Grill and Susie Q restaurants were impressive, as was the breakfast buffet each morning. We were so impressed with the owners lounge which we were able to access after check out. We had a late flight and were able to use the lounge to have a refreshing shower before our flight home. The reason for the 4 star rating was the musty smell in our otherwise beautiful ocean view suite. The dampness set off my asthma. Also, we didnt realise there is a beach club next door which played loud music until late. We had booked the sunrise tour of Mt Batur and had a 1.30am pick up but couldn't get an early sleep. Will ask for rooms away from the club next time. We still had a fabulous time.
