Currently on my second day of the trip, other than the room (bay club sea view) nothing seems to be up to the standards of a Hilton property. We’re on an all-inclusive meal plan, and you’d think you’re paying all-inclusive so you’ll have everything just like every other hotel in the world, but no, at this property, you’re only entitled to the all-day dining buffet for all meals and omg, we’ve never had such bad food at a 5 star hotel buffet. Absolutely shocked at the quality and choice of food. To avail all restaurants for food, you need to upgrade to the ultra all-inclusive. And pay another 1k of sorts more and it’s ridiculous. Even the drink options are super limited. Only the room has been amazing (despite our flush breaking down but they fixed it and they set up our room for a birthday welcome which I loved so thank you). We’ve been to over 50 all-inclusive stays including 3/4 star all-inclusive properties and even those beat what the Double Tree RAK has to offer. Hands down the saddest all-inclusive for a hotel like Hilton. #NotWorthIt. Stay next door - Rixos - it’s hands down the best in terms of food, drinks and entertainment and value for money. Oh and the best staff there.

The check in process was friendly and fast. Room was ready on arrival. Room was spacious and well presented. Quite clean. Amenities are good. Some small maintenance issues with the rooms. Light on balcony did not work despite reporting it 3 times. Hot water in room went twice. Ultra all inclusive was good. Nice range of drinks and food as well as ala carte restaurants. They did have a slight issue with providing gluten free food. Once I left the buffet restaurant due to gluten free pasta taking 30+ mins. Second time it arrived but was raw. I again left.

We had brunch last night at Sanchaya, and it was absolutely amazing. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and did not disappoint. The cocktails from the bar were absolutely fantastic—every sip was a delight. From the beginning, we were escorted by a lovely lady in a grey suit (apologies for forgetting her name). The experience continued smoothly with the attentive and professional manager, Mr. Kamal. The service provided by Yola, Ashna, and Haggaris was excellent—very attentive throughout. We loved the atmosphere and the overall vibes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah was truly refreshing. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences my family and I have had in a long time. The staff at DoubleTree were exceptionally pleasant—Mr. Ahmed at the front desk was especially welcoming and kindly arranged our room two hours before the scheduled check-in time. The team at the Beach House Bar was energetic and made our time there even more enjoyable with their unique and creative cocktails. The buffet at Marjan Restaurant was delicious and offered a wider variety of dishes compared to many other hotels. The highlight of our stay was the evening setup at the beach, where cozy mini sofas were arranged, allowing us to relax, unwind, and enjoy the night sky. We will definitely be coming back next month with a larger group to create even more memorable moments.
