I had a wonderful staycation at Pullman Hotel on 6th February, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The reception team made a great first impression with a very smooth and efficient check-in. I was especially impressed when they mentioned, “Sir, your request has been ready”—that level of preparation and attention to detail was truly superb. A special thank you as well for arranging the anniversary cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. A big appreciation to Mr. Amir from the Exchange Restaurant, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. His warm welcome, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality really stood out. He was attentive without being intrusive, always approachable, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. It’s staff like him who truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, the stay was relaxing, the service was excellent, and every interaction reflected professionalism and care. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Super excited and super satisfied. If I visit RAK again this hotel will be my only one choice! The staff and especially the room and the parking staff were super kind and polite and very helpful! The hotel is beautiful, better than the photos, especially the lobby is the most beautiful lobby! They upgraded us to a suite which was great, super clean, with two baths and very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel resort al marjan island. Everything was comfortable, clean, and very well organized, which made our family trip truly enjoyable. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff, and a special thanks to miss Wissal. She was extremely kind, professional, and very friendly with our kids. She made them feel welcome from the first moment, and she helped us a lot during our stay with anything we needed. Her positive attitude and genuine care really made a big difference for us. Because of her and the overall great service, we felt at home and truly relaxed. Highly recommended for families, and we will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay, and Naveena at the reception was exceptional, she kindly accommodated our request for a beautiful balcony view. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The concierge team was equally accommodating and attentive. The location is perfect for a relaxing escape away from the city noise, making it one of the best hotel locations in Ras Al Khaimah. Just a small note: toiletries and bathrobes need to be requested in advance, as they are not placed in the room by default. Breakfast was okay, and overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
