We’ve had such a lovely stay at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, and La Trattoria has been a real highlight! We’ve eaten breakfast here every morning during our stay and enjoyed dinner here too. The food has been delicious, especially the pizzas! The outside tables offer the perfect view of the beach, making breakfast even more special. We’re staying in an oceanfront room, so our room, the restaurant and the beach are all conveniently close together. A special thank you to the manager, Tiffy, and to Teaun, Chef Paula and Nittaya for making us feel so welcome. The staff are always super friendly and attentive, with great service all around. We’d definitely recommend it!

Customer service: I was honestly taken by surprise by their services. They could remember who you were after only 3 days or so and even remember some of your habits! They smile and greet you and are very friendly. Facilities: The facilities are not as remarkable as the service but they are worth a mention. Some outdoor facilities are a bit worn down while the indoor ones are quite well maintained and cool. The gym had only around 8 different pieces of equipment/machines. Activities: I absolutely LOVED how there was an activity schedule. The fact that you could have a PT in the gym or do water aerobics together with other people was a really cool concept! The pool was really nice and could accommodate kids (3-7) up to adults, and it even had a slide! Beach: The beach was amazing. The waves were fun and gave a relaxing vibe while you were drinking a coconut or something. Rooms: The rooms we had were very nice but i am pretty sure that was because of the package we got. Restaurants: The restaurants were quite good and either had a nice vibe or a great view. The food was diverse so you could find anything from italian to traditional thai food. General: All of these things come together to make an awesome experience that will never be forgotten. Would definitely come again if i ever go to Thailand again.
