Do not let the other reviews fool you.... 1. The resort is very unkept, it hasn't been updated in so long and the rooms and facilities are sooo old. 2. We got a villa and the pool was so cold we couldn't even use it. When we asked to have it heated - they said it would take two days to get some to come warm it 3. We found a DIRTY diaper in one of our bedrooms under our bed 4. We found a used sweaty hat in another 5. We had a 3 bedroom, but we booked for 5 guests and not 6, when we had a last minute guest add, they charged us another 1K ... for what??? It didn't gain anything 6. When we reached out they questioned the validity of our claims even though we had let the front desk know of all these issue. When I reached out again, they wouldn't offer any type of refund or compromise. Instead they offered a free night back at that horrible villa. When you pay 20K for a vacation you expect a top tier experience. I have followed up 4 more times and the hotel ghosted me. DO NOT STAY HERE

My stay at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas was truly unforgettable. I spent two months here, and what made this experience so special were the incredible people who became like family to me - Nikolina, Erini, Marios, Valeria, kirilos and dimitris. I have never met people more genuine, kind, and hardworking. Their warmth, professionalism, and constant smiles made every single day better. They went above and beyond in every way possible, and I can honestly say that my stay was ten times better because of them. Elounda Beach is a beautiful place, but it's the people who make it truly exceptional. I'm beyond grateful for the memories and the friendships I've made here. Unique hotel. The grounds are breath taking and beautifully designed. Staff are warm and caring. Watersports team are the best in the world. Some reviews complain about unrefurbished rooms. This is a taste issue. The "older" rooms are built in incredible quality marble and wood. Not very sustainable to destroy that just to change with the times. This is a legendary resort. As a testament to this, many guests have been coming for decades and many staff members too.

Fabulous hotel. Our room was amazing with a view to the sea spacious well huge actually and spotless. The staff were brilliant couldnt do enough for you. The private beach was sandy and the sea crystal clear. The beach boys allocated you a sun bed bed and it was yours for the week no matter when you wanted to sunbathe. The grounds are beautifully kept in fact we had not one thing negative to say. Its a 20 minute walk into Elounda and if you take the turning yo the right past Thea resturant it takes you along the sea front past all the resturants.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Elounda Beach and Villas , the rooms , beach front villa was beyond our expectations, the view stunning , the rooms / villas , pure luxury , the master bath , over looking the ocean , sublime ! I cannot thank the staff / team for their kindness and hospitality through out our stay , you made us feel like family ! Ioanna at guest relations you are the best , the lady who helped us book our fab tours , ever grateful , for thr impeccable arrangements , thank you to the drivers too , Manos was an amazing driver and tour guide , as was Michael . Last but not least Dimitra at the restaurant made each experience so memorable , loved the live entertainment too , very special indeed . Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts ! 🙏🙏🙏
