A summer fly and flop, with excellent levels of service, the hotel didn’t disappoint. We loved the calm atmosphere throughout the resort, the high levels of service and the warm and friendly staff. Everything felt easy and well organised, and the team looked after us with just the right balance of care and discretion. Spotlessly clean throughout, and a nice touch being able to reserve your beach sun-bed for the duration of your stay. Food , excellent choices across all the restaurants, with the Italian taking the top spot during our stay. Do try the Greek wines, a wide and varied choice. We would highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip throughout Greece. The grounds are beautiful. The room I stayed in was large, comfortable, and quite lovely. Generally, the food was quite good, especially at the Dionysus and Blue Lagoon restaurants. Above all, though, what truly made the experience special was the incredible dedication and care of the staff. From check-in to dinner to the spa to water sports to the gym, the employees of this establishment were consistently caring and attentive. I would like to acknowledge in particular, the manager who seemed nearly omnipresent—I believe I saw him at every breakfast and dinner I had on site. The effort he put into ensuring the best possible experience for my party was clearly visible and immensely appreciated. And, though he stood out, all of the workers under him also made the trip much better by their care and dedication.

Pros: beautiful beach with soft sand and crystal clear water, fantastic service, stunning location and views, very stroller friendly and family friendly for babies, great staff to guest ratio, convenient on site parking, breakfast buffet was high quality Cons: very old technology in the rooms (AC unit was constantly leaking water), dinner restaurants open at 7:30 which is rather late and their food is only mid quality not particularly great, food and drinks are rather expensive Overall: worth the splurge for families looking for a high quality luxury resort in Crete. Short distance from Elounda and Agios Nikolos towns where you can eat better quality food and buy affordable snacks/quick meals

One of the best resorts I've stayed in in Greece. Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and a scenic setting. Elounda village is 20 minute - largely traffic free - walk away and has lots of cafés and shops plus boat trips to Spinalonga if you want to visit it.
