Words would perhaps not describe the experience aptly. From the welcome at the gate, to the reception, the upgrade of our room, to the exceptional service at all the F&B places, to the brilliant staff, everything was absolutely brilliant. We loved our stay. Highly recommended 🥰

A summer fly and flop, with excellent levels of service, the hotel didn’t disappoint. We loved the calm atmosphere throughout the resort, the high levels of service and the warm and friendly staff. Everything felt easy and well organised, and the team looked after us with just the right balance of care and discretion. Spotlessly clean throughout, and a nice touch being able to reserve your beach sun-bed for the duration of your stay. Food , excellent choices across all the restaurants, with the Italian taking the top spot during our stay. Do try the Greek wines, a wide and varied choice. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: beautiful views, clear waters great for swimming, lots of activities right on the well-maintained property, nice service (helped us with taxis every night, serviced room 2x daily), decent breakfast buffet with fresh and healthy options. Cons: room could use renovation/repair, a few things were broken in ours (like some of the buttons to control room lighting/curtains, Nespresso machine)... still rating 5 stars since we received a significantly upgraded room for free anyways and the broken features had minimal impact to our overall experience!

A most enjoyable stay for us made even better by the attentive service of all staff but one in particular. Laura from Guest Relations greeted us upon arrival in the most professional and friendliest of ways. Nothing was too much trouble and she had arranged for us to stay in the most exceptional room with direct access and view to the sea which was quite spectacular. It is this kind of service that makes everything work so well in a hotel like this and Laura continued to be thoroughly attentive throughout our stay in a quite outstanding way. Thank you Laura and all the wonderful staff at the fantastic Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas.

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip throughout Greece. The grounds are beautiful. The room I stayed in was large, comfortable, and quite lovely. Generally, the food was quite good, especially at the Dionysus and Blue Lagoon restaurants. Above all, though, what truly made the experience special was the incredible dedication and care of the staff. From check-in to dinner to the spa to water sports to the gym, the employees of this establishment were consistently caring and attentive. I would like to acknowledge in particular, the manager who seemed nearly omnipresent—I believe I saw him at every breakfast and dinner I had on site. The effort he put into ensuring the best possible experience for my party was clearly visible and immensely appreciated. And, though he stood out, all of the workers under him also made the trip much better by their care and dedication.
