I am currently spending my holiday at this hotel and I am extremely satisfied. The entire complex is beautifully maintained, and the accommodation is of a truly high standard – everything is very modern, clean, and cozy, which gives the stay a pleasant feeling of luxury. What makes this holiday truly special, however, is the fantastic atmosphere created by the animation team. They are incredibly friendly, full of energy, and know how to create an environment where you immediately feel welcome. Furthermore, the program they organize is very diverse and entertaining – there is always something interesting going on from morning until evening, so there is never a dull moment. We had a wonderful holiday at Asteria Family Resort! The hotel is very clean, the food is varied and delicious, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pools and the beach are excellent, and the entertainment for both children and adults is great. We had an amazing family experience and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our fourth visit to Side, staying at various resorts, so we have a basis for comparison. We spent 10 days at the hotel. The location and the layout—featuring smaller buildings—are excellent. The room was perfectly fine, though we had a problem with an excessive number of ants in the bathroom; while the staff tried to address the issue, the area really needs renovation. The food was decent but very repetitive, and there wasn't enough staff to serve drinks during dinner. The pools, animation team, and evening entertainment were excellent. The beach is great, but there are huge, rock-like stones in the water that pose an injury risk (especially for children); also, the steps on the wooden pier definitely need repair—I sustained an injury there (a cut) that turned out to be more serious than it initially appeared. My suggestion would be to work on marketing and social media presence, just as many other hotels do.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that we did raise our concerns during our stay. For two days, we requested milk for our child and were told that we were not allowed to take food or drinks from the restaurant to our room. In the end, we had to go to a local shop and buy milk ourselves. If milk purchased from outside the hotel could be taken to the room, we do not understand why no solution could be offered for such a basic need of a young child. One morning, our child woke up at 8:00 a.m. crying for milk, which was a very upsetting and stressful situation for us as parents. For this reason, we do not believe it is fair to state that we did not communicate the issues we experienced during our stay. Our review reflects our family's genuine experience, including the concerns regarding cleanliness, the repetitive food selection, and the lack of support in a situation involving the basic needs of a small child. We hope our feedback will help improve the experience of other families travelling with children in the future. Family Resort Side was very disappointing. The food was very repetitive, and after a few days it felt like the same dishes were being served over and over again. We have a 2-year-old child, and it was very difficult to find something suitable for him. He did not like the food that was offered, and because there were very few alternatives, he often ate very little. On one occasion, he ate only plain bread because he was hungry, and on other days he filled up on bananas because there was nothing else he was willing to eat. For this reason, our child drank more milk than usual during our stay. The first time we asked for milk, a staff member questioned us by asking, "Does he really drink that much milk?" After that, our requests for milk for our 2-year-old child were refused several times. We find it unacceptable that such a simple and reasonable request for a young child was denied in a resort that presents itself as family-friendly. In addition, the cleanliness of our room was far below expectations. Our child walked barefoot in the room, and the soles of his feet turned black because the floor was so dirty. On the morning of our departure, we wanted to prepare a few sandwiches for the journey, but there were not even any cold cuts available to make something suitable for our child. For the price we paid, we expected much better service, especially when it comes to meeting the basic needs of families travelling with young children. Unfortunately, this was not the holiday experience we had hoped for, and we would not return to this hotel. We do not recommend it to families with young children.

Fantastic experience, good sized room,cleaned every day,food was fresh and good quality, bar staff were really friendly and tried very hard to please the guests, one barman in the sunset bar was absolutely fantastic (Benjamin) couldn’t do more and had great attitude and took pride in his job and made you feel special! Also the waiter on rollerblades was brilliant in customer service and kept coming over to ask what we wanted to drink and kept our refreshments topped up constantly poolside. The only small negative was the restaurant manager in the ala carte restaurant was a bit rude to me one night when we wanted to book a table and he said IMPOSSIBLE Then my partner spoke to a lovely waitress there by the name of I think Anyar who said come back in 45 mins and then we were served by her faultlessly So in conclusion a 99.9 percent great experience and will definitely revisit this resort again And is worthy of my 5 star review
