Everything was great! I did pay a $20 upgrade to check in early (thru the MGM app) and my room was ready by 10am. I had arrived at 9am and checked my bag in and the guys there were amazing. My room was clean and had a phenomenal view. I ate at the buffet and that was pricey ($50+) aged you can get more selection at the Golden Corral. I did also attend the Tournament of Knights show and THAT was amazing. I had so much fun. I can’t even understand why more people don’t stay at the Excalibur! It’s so affordable and everyone is helpful and nice!

Stay here for the F1 event so was great to be away from the traffic madness. Place is a little outdated and you can see they try to keep up with the cleaning but it still lacks. More happy that my room smelled fresh and clean and bedding was great. Staff friendly and also had a good buffet place and selection of places to eat.

Stayed at Excalibur from October 24th to 28th. Check in was seamless. The staff courteous and informative. Room was much better than expected for the price I paid. Was spotless and housekeeping were excellent. Shows a few signs of age but that only adds character. Bathroom was more than good enough. Nice shower. No bath if you like that kind of thing on a holiday! Food court was great but not the cheapest. Not a rip off either. Casino was where I spent most my time and it was great. Already booked again for next year

We love the excalibur and have stayed one other time. We got the newer remodeled room this time. The room was good and clean, the bathroom definitely could have used some remodeling but wasn't dirty, there was very little ventilation tho so the room smelled musty the entire time after showering. The arcade area is great for kids and the casino was hitting sunday night! We always use valet when we come to Vegas so it was frustrating to drive around for 20 minutes trying to find the valet and come to find out they got rid of valet and the bell hops that will load your luggage and store it. The website still saysbthey offer those services so just know they dont anymore. We had to unload all our own luggage, go find the bell hop desk to ask from a cart and then was told they couldn't store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready so we were just standing around a ith 2 kids and a cart full of luggage for about an hour. And you have to take the cart back down when finished or be charged extra. But thats how they keep the prices where they are right now. All in all it was a great trip with a decent room for the price. We

In the middle of the night, a huge painting fell off the wall and onto our things,. It was about the size of the hotel room table and heavy. Woke us all up with a big scare and I couldn't sleep, wondering if other things would fall on us while sleeping. We reported this but were surprised with the nonchalant response. This was in the "newly renovated resort tower" by the way and no, we did not touch the painting before it fell. In case it is important to you- there is no microwave, no coffee maker either. No one greets you when you walk in- in fact, good luck figuring out where to park and how to get in the hotel as the instructions were not clear. Do not look for hospitality. We ended up helping others who had the same confusion as us. Turns out if you use their designated parking, you have to take your kids through the casino (smells like cigarettes) every time you go to your car and nobody is there to guide you. Keep in mind with resort fee and parking you're paying an additional $70/day. There are also helicopter tours going on until about 10pm and you can hear it loud and clear in the room.
