Booked a 3 night stay at Linq thru a vacation package with Southwest Vacations to celebrate my divorce. I was able to leave my bags at the bell desk, the folks there were friendly and quick before checking in later in the day on a Tuesday, but that's just about all the good I can say about my accommodations on this trip. As I was checking in later around 3pm, the check-in lines were moving slowww so there was an employee that encouraged us to use the self check-in kiosks. Rather than stand around in a long line, I did opt to use the kiosk, and a word of advice here - DO NOT OPT FOR THE ROOM UPGRADES AT THE KIOSK! I opted in for the $15/day room upgrade to a "pool view" king room, and got stuck on the 3rd floor in a corner room with a view of winter pool construction, and exposed wiring behind the bed frame. Didn't complain because I figured I didn't plan on spending the entire vacation in the room. On the 2nd morning after an eventful night out on the town, I was awakened at the crack of 7am by pool construction - tearing up concrete and drilling in the cabana directly under my room. I called the front desk to complain at this point because at the very least, you expect a comfortable place to sleep when you book a hotel. The agent on the phone said they could not do anything and suggested I go to the front desk. At about 10am with no cessation of this construction noise I did go down to the front desk and demand a new room, to which they gave me the same response - no rooms currently available. I ended up eating a whole pack of edibles and forced myself to sleep by noon, and missed out on some plans that afternoon due to a lack of sleep. Also, the rideshare pickup for this hotel is just about as inconvenient as they could make it. I've stayed at the Linq previously and did not have any of these kind of issues, but will most likely choose a different hotel for my next trip to Vegas after this experience.

We haven't stayed here but enjoy playing here. I always get a back rub here. Chung stopped by to give us a great massage. The roulette machines are always kind to us. The chocolate raspberry torte at Nook express was a delicious dessert on our Valentines visit. Service is fast and friendly. We never have to wait for drinks, they are attentive here. We love playing here.

Lots of issues. Coming into the hotel, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody to greet you, no bell staff to help with bags. Just very little interaction with staff that shows how they cut corners with service where it matters. Our hotel room had a musty smell to it and a noisy A/C unit (see video). The fire alarm going off 10am on a Saturday morning doesn't help if you're trying to get some rest here. Gym is worse than your typical apartment gym. There are dumbbells but all the machines are creaky and need a major update. Garage is cramped and our room card did not work with the entrance/exit, so we had to use the call assist to get the gate open. $50 daily resort fee. $20 daily parking fee. $8.66 for a cappuccino. Fees for everything that is typically complimentary at other hotels. It feels like they are trying to nickel-and-dime you every step while providing the bare minimum. This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3 at best. Just got a major ick feeling during our stay.

This place could not be more disappointing. Look, for a place on the strip it’s fine. But the rooms are trash. I showed up and it was dirty. I’d call it the equivalent of a best western level hotel room. The casino floor is a joke. It’s a very lame environment. And what I got from my hotel room was very disappointing. The TV was broken. It would occasionally connect to the remote and play basic cable. They didn’t even have an option to connect or sign in to streaming and again it was dirty and disheveled. I’m very disappointed with this. They come here every year this time of year my first time staying at the Link and I don’t think I will be staying again. The area around is nice but nothing of it has to do with the hotel itself. Disappointing. also, sidenote I’ve stayed here for three days and it had zero interaction with any staff. No opportunity to talk to someone to check in to talk to somebody after ordered to talk to somebody at checkout. Classic example of cutting down staff where it matters. Also as a final note, the Uber or Lyft spot is literally in a garbage loading zone in the back of the hotel. what a lovely way to enter an exit the place you’re spending all this money to be. Shameful.

One of the best located strip hotels in Las Vegas. It was right in the middle of the strip and because it’s not so big the walking distance from your room to the the Las Vegas Boulevard strip is actually very short. Don’t let the hotel's small size fool you it's a full service deluxe hotel. It seems to have been renovated just a few year back so it does not feel old at all. The lobby, hallways and rooms look clean and while not brand new it is not old. Location is the best advantage of this hotel as it’s across the forums and a short walk to the other hotels. A bonus is that it had a small ally beside it with restaurants and other attractions so you don’t have to walk far for a quick bite and other amenities. There are a lot of of restaurants and food outlets for all budgets inside and adjacent to the hotel so food options for all budgets are available. Safety wise there are security men always patrolling the lobby so one feels very safe. Checkin was a breeze, they made a mistake with the rooms an that was corrected with dispatch and a smile. The rooms are just the right size. Carpets are not musty and feel clean on bare feet. Toilets are clean and free of molds. Towels are clean and fresh. No toilet amenities such as tooth brush and such but that's forgivable as the shampoo and bath soap smelled good anyway.
