I’ll keep it short and simple. The hotel staff was a 10/10, very helpful and welcoming. The room was really nice, especially the view but the bathroom was not so well due to bad paint on the door and rust developing on the vent fan. Location was amazing due to it being at the center of the strip and it’s connected to the Paris hotel. This is the hotel if you want value, not high luxury.

We spent four nights here. Rooms are huge! The center Strip location next to Paris, across from Bellagio, and kitty corner to Caesar's Palace is perfect. Our king bed room was $7/night ... but the $50 per day "resort fee" and $20 per day self-parking fee belie the low room rate. The now-common resort and parking fees most properties are tacking on is why I downgraded the rating from 5 to 4 stars. Pool use ends at 5pm, which is unreasonable in my opinion, and the pool is closed completely beginning Oct 1 until next spring. Check-in is at 4pm ... earlier check-in will add $20-$40 to your bill ... and trying to check in right at 4pm is chaotic, to say the least -- this is commonly reported by many others. Two or three of the self-serve kiosks were out of order, which didn't help, and more than a few guests trying to check in took 10 minutes or longer to complete the process that can take as little as 2 minutes if you use "pre-check-in" online. We got in line right at 4pm and it took a bit longer than 40 minutes to get through the short pre-check-in line, get our keys, and get to our room. The line to check in via the registration desk was much longer and probably took at least as long. There is no in-room coffee or microwave oven, but there is a very small mini fridge. Coffee downstairs is $6+, so if you want a cup to start your day without having to pay for it, you need to bring your own and a way to make it (hint: you can buy a Mainstays hot water pot for $15 at Walmart -- up to 1.7 liters of boiling hot water in 90 seconds). Nevertheless, we were comfortable, centrally located, and were able to do all that we had planned on from here as our "base".

The only thing that was good about this place was being able to have the option to check in early. at the check in kiosks you are asked if you’d like to pay for cleaning services in which we selected yes, at no point did anyone come and clean our rooms only towels were given to us. Fri-Mon not once was our room picked up or cleaned. we had to throw our own bathroom and trash we had accumulated in the room. Beds stayed undone the entire stay. We did ask for the sheets to be changed due to them having a smell (they were never changed) The table near the recliner had a “clean air” sign yet has dust bunnies literally EVERYWHERE. Tried wiping it with a Kleenex to show my husband how gross is was but it was so badly caked on I couldn’t even wipe it off. Behind the curtain, base boards. I’m not kidding dust behind every piece of furniture. There was trash under the bed frame from last person. Behind the tv was disgusting trash just from previous stays. Literally gross. The tv remotes were out dated and not working (we did get a new one) We made the best of it but definitely will not being staying at this hotel again. 0 stars on being clean.

Extremely Disappointing Hotel Experience in Las Vegas This was, by far, the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had, from beginning to end. The experience was unacceptable, from the unprofessional attitude of the front desk employee to the lack of understanding and support from management when we raised our concerns. We were informed that our original room had been given away, and as a result, a pull-out bed was brought to us. We were also told that no extra pillows were available. To make matters worse, the television was not working, and the restroom was dirty. These issues significantly affected our stay and fell well below the standard of service any guest should expect. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way our concerns were handled by the manager on duty Friday night. Rather than listening to our feedback and taking our concerns seriously, we felt that our account of the situation was dismissed and questioned. I strongly encourage upper management to review the service provided by the manager on duty during the early morning hours of October 3, 2026, between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Guests deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy, especially when they are experiencing problems with their accommodations. I am sharing this review to make other travelers aware of our experience, particularly those planning a trip to Las Vegas and hoping for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.

We arrive at the hotel on sept 26th around 12:30 am and there was a lot of people checking in and there were only 2 receptionists. Their self-service machines were not even working. While we were on the line, those 2 receptionists disappeared and people were yelling. Then 2 security guards came and went inside asking them what was going on. Those security guards were even the one who told us that their systems were down. They didn't even inform us before leaving the counter. We finished checking in at almost 3 am. The worst part was when we get to our room there was only 1 bed and a couch. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each because there were 8 of us. Their reason was there were busy and there is no more rooms available with 2 beds beds. I booked this place like 2 mos ahead, how could that happen so we asked for a rollaway bed which was a quick service though. We finally, got to bed around 3:30 am. We asked for a discount coz we only used the room for a couple of hours but no consideration in spite of what happened. The location is good, that is the only good thing about it.
