Ballys Hotel consistently provides us with numerous exceptional and unique memories, particularly during our frequent visits. The hotel’s ambiance is characterized by a diverse array of coprful, less lit-up areas. From there, we have always chosen to dine at one of the most outstanding and exquisite fine Italian dining establishments. It is an ideal venue for family gatherings or romantic dates. The hotel’s charm and ambiance have remained unchanged for years, making it a must-visit destination. We highly recommend exploring more of its offerings! I guarantee you wouldn’t going be disappointed whenever you wanted have beet Italian fine dining come eat over here!

Our experience at Horseshoe Casino started off on a frustrating note. Upon arrival, the check-in line was extremely long and moved very slowly. When it was finally our turn, the customer service representative was unfriendly and came across as rude. After the guests in front of us finished and stepped away, we moved forward. The representative told us to step back in line until he called us. We did exactly that, and almost immediately he said, “Okay, next.” It felt unnecessary and more like a power move than anything helpful. While it may seem minor, it definitely affected our first impression. That said, the room itself was decent. It wasn’t anything special or luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The beds were especially comfy, which we appreciated after a long day. Overall, the stay was okay, but the poor check-in experience and lack of professionalism from staff kept it from being a great one. With better customer service, this place could be much better.

What a great experience, treated to the penthouse. 2 large full rooms, 2k sq feet. Nice family friendly chill pool. Would revisit. Close to everything. Staff friendly, good amount of gambling options. Must go to the bottom level to check out arcade and glow in the dark bowling. Food court there too.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was fast, staff was friendly and the pool was pleasant. Hotel is located on a perfect part of the strip. The casino on the ground floor is not too large, which made it feel more relaxed and less overwhelming than some of the bigger hotels on the Strip. One minor downside was the scent on the ground floor. Like many hotels in Las Vegas, there is a strong artificial fragrance in the air that reminded us of a car air freshener. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
