The reviews for this place were surprisingly accurate. Aside from this isn’t really a hotel and casino and more like a motel with some slot machines: The rooms are dated and they only prioritize cleaning the main things, the service is great, and the location is good for monorail and convention center activities but a little far to be considered easy walking distance from the strip. For the non-smoking rooms, there is a faint smell of smoke likely due to being in close proximity of smoking areas. The bedsheets, bathroom, and sink were all clean. The floors, chairs, and headboards were things I tried to not touch as they were kind of gross. There was rust in part of the bathtub and garbage under the bed. You can easily hear things outside and in adjacent rooms. The staff was willing to help accommodate for additional needs should you ask and they ensure you are promptly helped once you raise a concern. I didn’t appreciate getting 4 flyers slid under the door into my room for nearby food deliveries. That fact that something could be slid through my door in the first place made it feel a little unsafe. Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but I probably wouldn’t do it again. For pricing, it’s hard to complain about $60 per night on a super busy Vegas weekend.

I really adored this place and am looking forward to coming back. Rooms were huge and clean. Pool was a good size and clean. Really enjoyed hanging out at it during the hottest part of the day. Within walking distance of convention center and The Strip although I really enjoyed the low key atmosphere here and preferred gambling here. The restaurant was very reasonable and had delicious food. This will be the place we come back to when we visit Vegas.

The rooms are neglected the carpets need to be cleaned or changed to flooring. The towels are hard and in need of softner. We stayed 4 days for a tournament and were told housekeeping was available upon request. So after 2 days we requested it and no one ever came and all we asked for was towels and toliet paper and our trash to be take out. The homeless was in and out of the hotel room areas which makes it feel unsafe with a family. Someone banged on our door at 5am for no reason to wake us up and left (most likely a homeless person). Feels more like an extended stays hotel. Won't stay here again. They need more security. To have better service and make it feel safer. Price was great for a family just need to up your services.

I stayed here for one night but probably would not stay again in the future. The room was spacious, quiet, and decently clean enough but that's where it ends. The AC worked well but made a constant chirping noise. The bed was old and not comfortable, the pillows are horrible, there's barely lukewarm water in the shower and no pressure at all.

We had a terrible experience last month. We visited Grand Canyon and checked in late around midnight and we asked the staff member if we can extend the check out time by 3 hours by paying extra amount as we were very tired and wanted some sleep. He was a polite and helpful staff who gave us extra 30 minutes and said that they usually charge $25 for an extra hour. But I have to speak with his manager who comes in at 7 am as he can't extend for 3 hours at his capacity. We got up at 7 am and came down to see the manager. The staff with whom we spoke introduced us to the manager. His name was Ricky. He is the kind of a person one does not want to see in any vacation. We explained our late check-in situation and we said we could pay another $50 and extend checkout till 2pm. He listened everything and said in a bossy tone "11:30" and If we are late our deposit wont be returned. His customer service was the worst I have ever seen. We told him we spoke with his staff who said $25 for additional hour. He said he is the boss and his decision is final and its 11:30 checkout. We felt talking to him was useless and went back to our room and had another 4 hours sleep and came for checkout at 11:30 am. There was another lady manager called "Yeni" who said they can gives us the same room for another day at $72 which was making things much easier for us. We paid the amount and got extended for another day without any hassles. "Yeni" gave us the best customer service and "Ricky" gave us the worst customer service. If management wants better rating and reviews for the property, please get rid of or educate managers like "Ricky" to give better customer service. Thanks, Vignesh.
