My experience was a 10! The 21+ pool was the highlight. It was such a great amenity & easily the best part of the hotel for me. The staff was a major plus. Everyone I encountered was helpful, accommodating & pleasant. My only complaint was the bathroom & it was not up to my standards!! The shower door doesn’t extend far enough, so water gets all over the bathroom floor while showering. The shower was always hot!!! However, the shower floor had dark/black spots & needs resurfacing!!! Despite the bathroom issues, I still had a great experience at the Flamingo. The pool, amenities, location, & especially the staff made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again I’d just hope to see some improvements to the bathrooms!

Not best pleased with checking in after waiting a grand total of 26 minutes!!! Definitely not the best first impression. Other than that, the facilities are pretty bang average, but the iconic pink theme somehow makes me feel happy. The location is brilliant, the rooms do the job, and despite the long check-in, we are still pleased with our stay as of yet.

Nice hotel to stay at. Casino, several eateries, and a flamingo exhibit. The rooms are certainly nice, but nothing to write home about. It's a little dated, but not bad. Some of the lobby employees could be friendlier, but they do have to deal with a lot of people throughout the day. Overall, a positive experience hi handsome 😘

We had a fantastic stay. I was a bit hesitant based on the age of the hotel, and the looks on others faces when we told them where we were staying haha... however we had a newly refurbished room which was awesome. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the room was well serviced when attended. Unfortunately our room was not serviced very often. The pool area was good... all pools are only 3.5 feet deep. The location is perfect and the cost was fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Note: We paid for a late checkout, and when returning to our room on the last day, our card wouldn't work after 11am. We had to get security to come up and let us in. Apparently the check in staff did not load our room card correctly and it is a common occurrence as we were advised by security. Also quick note: we were on the 14th floor. During the day, the shower mixer worked well to alter the temperature.... however, if you showered after midnight, the water was burning hot regardless on turning rhe mixer to cold. My husband grumbled about this everyday. The speak easy was cool. The drinks are consistent pours and the waiting staff are very attentive and welcoming.

Had to stay at the Flamingo for a conference and I would not do it again. They charge a $40 per day resort fee and yet you cannot access the pool b/c it's open to the public so there are never any open chairs (unless you want to pay extra for a private cabana). And it's a small pool for the size of the hotel so it's often standing room only, and it closes at 6pm. What is the resort fee for if you can't use the pool? There are no other amenities provided. No in-room coffee. Not even water bottles provided on arrival. Their internet in the rooms is notoriously spotty. The hotel looks really worn down in many areas. Carpets coming up and just taped down with duct tape. You can't nap in your room during the day b/c the pool is constantly blaring rave music - we were on the 14th floor and it was still so loud. Rooms were clean and there are some decent restaurants on site - those are the only positives.
