Rooms: We stayed in a suite for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The shower in the king suite was broken. The bathroom mirror tv was broken. The lights in the chandelier were burnt out. There were some stains on the furniture but overall the room was clean. Service: The staff acted like we were stupid and just didn’t know how to work the shower that was indeed broken before they finally agreed to send someone up. We selected daily room service on the reservation but had to call down for towels and ask house keepers ourself. There was absolutely zero hospitality welcome besides voicemails before the trip. When I tried to call back the guest services staff again acted like I was stupid for calling back and had absolutely no idea how to connect me to the person that had called. Also, the 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds could only connect two devices to “complimentary”Wi-Fi. NONE of the Ceasars rewards and Flamingo/Ceasars connected restaurants asked for our reward number or applied the rewards. Location: Right on the strip so it may be pretty good normally but all the left over race track construction was blocking the view. If you want to go anywhere else ride-share has ruined the days of walking down and hopping in a cab. It felt like the majority of our time was spent timing $30 Ubers and following directions to ride-share pickup. The hotel didn’t even provide a map of the hotel on check in. This felt like an over priced holiday inn in fabulous Las Vegas.

Staff was really nice and helpful, valet was awesome. Overall it was a nice stay. Aside from the shower , room was not the greatest. The casino was clean as well as the food court . I would like to see security be more aware of the happenings in the hall ways of the hotel rooms.

Service was really great. Everyone was super helpful. Its close and walkable to the other casinos. Can be semi family friendly during the morning/afternoon. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, and good amenities in the room. For some parts, I would say it was dirty but it was a little worn. Super confused why the lower floor rooms had not shower curtain or missing half a door. Water gets everywhere. I went to a room in the higher floors and those rooms were really nice with great view. We saw the roof of the building with out room, but honestly still had a decent view. Just a bit obscured. My kid still liked it.

We absolutely loved the Flamingo! Iconic & so fun! There's so much to do, multiple shops & restaurants, casino, shows, the grounds, the pool (there's an adult only party pool, too), etc. Wonderful resort, there's hardly a reason to leave. We loved the classic art deco & 20's & 50's type swanky vibe. It throws back to when it was established but has been updated beautifully & is in an amazing spot for everything. It's like it's own little town. It's right on the strip, it's right next to a huge promenade I didn't even know was there (by the Linq Ferris wheel, in plain view out the back of the building), & is only a few minutes walk to a lot of Vegas's biggest attractions, including the Sphere. The restaurants were wonderful & I was so happy that the Carlos & Charlie restaurant had multiple Gluten Free options (I had a bad gluten reaction at the Havana restaurant even though the food was SO GOOD & it was supposed to not contain gluten, so be careful if sensitive). The spa was great, staff was very friendly & all the services were also great- massages were top notch & the pools (1 hot tub, 1 warm & 1 cold) were very enjoyable/relaxing, too. We had the "high roller view" & it faced the back grounds & Sphere & Linq, we really liked that. The grounds were awesome, with actual flamingos, & beautiful gardens to walk through with birds & fish. The general pool area is relatively small for a resort but still beautiful & feels luxurious, & there is a grille/pub poolside. You hardly feel like you're in a big city when you're on the grounds. We loved the fun, swanky, tropical but still classic & iconic Vegas vibe. I hope we get to go back!! ❤️🦩

Love the 🦩. Stayed here many times. I love how it retains some old time charm but also is keeping up with modern.restaurants. pinky by Lisa Vanderpump just opened. . A really cool cuban cafe and restaurant..sad the buffet is gone and cafe oasis . My room was amazing due to amazing strip view. Simply asked at check-in for a upgrade and for extra $20 USD per night I received perfect strip view room. Rooms bug. Clean. Anything most people want.a small.irritant this You do have to call night before to to request housekeeping. otherwise won't get done also the resort fee most Vegas hotels charge is so such a con.as pool closed here so can't use. Who uses the gym? Anyway can't be avoided .. Also smoking still permeates whilst walking through casino so they should get with the times. But flamingo is absolutely perfect for location also and U can still go and see flamingos in beautiful done garden.
