Recently stayed at this property and enjoyed it for the most part. The was room was just above average. We had 2 double beds( interesting) have not had that in a while. The food was just average and the choices were minimal to pick from. Since there only a few restaurants to choose from the wait times can be an hour or more. There is no night life to speak off. The last negative was that I’m in a country that grows oranges and yet they did not serve fresh orange juice with breakfast. The positives are that the pools are really nice and very clean. The staff were great to deal with. All in all I did enjoy the week as my family and I made the best of the negatives.

We have traveled to many destinations around the world, but this was the first time we experienced such genuinely friendly and welcoming staff along with such amazing food. The Italian restaurant was outstanding—every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The 24-hour room service was also excellent and made our stay even more comfortable. My entire family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful everything was. We had an unforgettable, happy vacation and made so many great memories together. When we come back to Cancun, we will definitely stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, delicious food, and a truly relaxing vacation.

Overall decent stay if you are coming just to do nothing but will get boring after day two. Beach view was beautiful. Not much to do. Good place for kids. All the pools are kid friendly. No entertainment for kids apart from the daycare activity but one parent has to stay at all times. So not really helpful. Food was good at Rosatto and sea by brasa. Market place buffet good for a day or two. Kids liked ice cream and coffee shop was good. Mexicano restaurant not that great. A lot of the menus are excluded from all inclusive part so that is bummer given you are already spending so much for the all inclusive stay. Didn’t provide any information that la ceviche restaurant was under renovation and closed. No information that afternoon lunch was being served at sea by brasa because la cheviche was closed. Bar tenders all of them were really nice. Special shout out to servers at Rosatto including Caesar, Pedro and another name I can’t remember. Room service prompt. But downsides: too much soliciting to get membership, spa treatment, no direction or signs much for people to know where to go, no updated information of which day what restaurant is open ( only posted the day of not ahead of time), most live music or dj or whatever is in lobby bar which is adults only entry. Construction in the front and by the pool. No one at the pools comes around asking for anything. Arrogant front lady named maggy at the marketplace buffet discriminating against us for sure because I watched her behavior towards us and towards others for three days. Heavily liked by locals it seems like. Not sure if we will stay here again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels relaxing, luxurious, and incredibly well designed. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer spectacular views. The staff service was one of the highlights — always attentive, friendly, and making the stay feel truly special. The food was delicious, the common areas were spotless, and the overall experience was perfect whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. This is definitely one of those places worth visiting at least once. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing hotel with a memorable experience, I highly recommend it. I would absolutely come back again.

We came here to celebrate a family's wedding anniversary/family vacation. Upon check in with we were told the room we booked & paid for was actually not available because it is under renovation. We then spent over an our with front desk with our 15 month old son, trying to figure out why we were able to book on their website directly & how they can fix this issue. There was a lot of back & forth & negotiations that it felt like they were just trying to upsell us & pay more money which we did not agree with. We were given a room we did not want & then later on have to transfer, we were promised a free massage of 60 minutes & it was really for 30 minutes. There just seemed to be a lack of urgency and terrible customer service. At the end of the day, we wanted the room we paid for. Ocean premium view with a king size bed. Not two twin beds with a view of the pool. Super disappointed with our stay as this was our first time in Cancun.
