We just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The servers in the pool area were attentive, kind, and always smiling. No matter how busy it was, they made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us constantly. They really made relaxing by the pool feel effortless and special. The entertainment during the day at the pool was so much fun! There was always something going on — music, games, and activities that kept both adults and kids engaged. In the evenings, the bars came alive with great music and shows. The nighttime entertainment had such a fun, energetic vibe but still felt classy and enjoyable for everyone. If you’re traveling with kids, this resort is fantastic. There were activities for different ages, and it was clear the staff truly cared about making sure the children were having fun and felt included. It made such a difference knowing the kids were happy and entertained. The restaurant staff deserves a special thank you. Every single person — from the hosts and servers to the cooks — was warm, professional, and attentive. And I have to mention the chef at the omelet station in the mornings! Not only were the omelets delicious and made exactly how we liked them, but he greeted us with such kindness every day. That personal touch made breakfast something we looked forward to. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful ladies who cleaned our room. They did an incredible job keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Coming back to a fresh, perfectly cleaned room every day made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, this resort truly understands hospitality. The staff works so hard to create a welcoming, joyful experience, and it shows in every detail. We are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

My husband and I with our 5 kids (ranging in ages from 18-5) stayed here for 10 days in Feb. 2026. Before booking we spent a lot of time researching resorts. It was overwhelming to say the least. We ended up booking here after talking with a friend who knew someone that stayed here and enjoyed it. The hotel rooms could use some TLC, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. The checking process took a while but that seemed to be because there were only two people working behind the counter. The food was decent. Not the best I’ve had in my life, not the worst. The fish tacos at La Cevecheria were my favorite!! What made this resort shine are the staff- every one of them was so attentive and thoughtful. Osvaldo was the best- anticipating our drink orders before we even knew we wanted them. He was a standout! As was Roberto who went out of his way to get us ice cream to our table in the buffet area (normally ice cream is found in the gift shop area). There are some aspects of the resort that could be improved (information provided at check in about the resort, allowing us to reserve rooms next to each other at booking, better kids water play area). But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and we are going to miss the sun and surf. If you decide to book here, in my opinion, you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite place!! This resort is incredible. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool - SO worth it and absolutely incredible. The drinks are made with quality liquor, and SOOO yummy!! There’s a lot of very good food options as well. I loveeeeee the quesadillas!! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool is fantastic. What truly makes this resort is the staff - I’ve never seen such hardworking and sweet people!! They really go above and beyond. I went with my girlfriend as well and they were very LGBTQ+ friendly and we had a very romantic getaway!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best experiences I've had. Initially, I was disappointed with the room condition upon arrival at 7 pm - there was water on the floor due to an air conditioning issue. However, the staff immediately changed my room and the maintenance team had fixed the issue promptly. The food quality was 9/10 and variety was 10/10. I loved the Brazilian and Italian restaurants, but the Mexican restaurant was average.The outdoor seafood restaurant and Pizza bar were highlights. They also serve top-shelf liquor! Staff were super friendly and helpful - a standout experience! Special thanks to Rebeca, Adelio, and Chef Ismael for making our stay amazing. I'd recommend this hotel for a relaxing family vacation, but maybe not for those seeking late-night entertainment. One suggestion: upgrade the pillows! They were a bit of a struggle for me, but the mattress was good. Overall, I'd definitely come back!

This was my second time staying at this resort the service is always great the ones who stood out were JJ, Javier, and Anselmo. The food was great. The ocean is beautiful, the pools were nice. The rooms with two beds could use some upgrades in privacy when it comes to the restroom. The beds definitely need to be updated. The check in process was slow, on top of that I really highly dislike the people trying to sell you stuff from the resort like the timeshares and application thing.
