We enjoyed 10 days at this lovely hotel in 2 Garden Villas. The villas were very spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortably furnished patios and a gorgeous plunge pool. Twice daily housekeeping was exceptional. The gardens were kept in immaculate condition throughout the property. The ambience was peace and tranquility as we walked through the gorgeous lush grounds. Breakfasts were plentiful and absolutely delicious, service at breakfast was exceptional. The beach at the hotel was gorgeous, the sea safe for swimming ( no rip tides as on Le Morne beach and elsewhere on the island) and the water as clear as glass. The Beach House staff were all so friendly and welcoming every day, and booked our activities, many of which were free ( sailing, seahorse and reef snorkelling, nature walk, pedallos etc) with real enthusiasm and care. Both beach and swimming pool staff were attentive and ensured our every comfort was met, even a "sunglasses doctor" came around and cleaned our sunglasses, and continuous free snacks were offered such as frozen grape kebabs. Ti Pwasson restaurant was our favourite, the manager looked after us and every guest with such care and obvious pride for his wonderful restaurant, sitting under the stars on the soft powder sand, eating freshly caught barbecued fish with local spices and shots of local rum was really special. The spa treatments were fantastic, especially the facials, and the nail technicians were second to none. Overall, we had a terrific time and have left with memories to last a lifetime.

Excellent experience at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. The service was impeccable from the very first moment, and all the staff were extremely kind and attentive to every detail. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The food was amazing, everything was delicious and of excellent quality. The facilities are beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Definitely a 10/10 hotel. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely come back again.

The Four Seasons Mauritius is outstanding! The location is its own little oasis unlike some of the other resorts on the island in busy areas. All of the restaurants have incredible food and service. The housekeeping team works flawlessly behind the scenes. Responses to messages on the app are quick. Everyone is hard working, kind, and went above and beyond. Silvana kindly greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. Victoria had very efficient service during breakfast. Avish, Florian, and Darren were great by the pool and Navish was absolutely fantastic!! Nandani made sure our villa was always stocked with what we needed

As someone who exclusively stays at 5-star resorts worldwide, this was easily one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. We moved to Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita right after staying at One&Only Le Saint Géran, and the difference in quality, service, and overall value was night and day. 1. The Positives (Where the 2 Stars Go): The 2 stars are purely for a few specific staff members who were genuinely warm, the overall aesthetics/grounds of the resort, and the food quality. Where It Fell Far Short: 2. Hospitality (2/10 compared to One&Only’s 10/10): Service felt transactional and lacking warmth. We were celebrating our anniversary, and unlike One&Only—which surprised us with thoughtful gestures—Four Seasons did zero special touches for our celebration. 3. Overpriced & Constant Hidden Fees: The resort feels structured around extracting as much money as possible from guests. Compared to One&Only, where the value proposition included rich activities and meal plans, Four Seasons felt drastically overpriced. To top it off, ordering room dining incurs an exorbitant delivery fee of around 1,200 MUR (~$26–$27 USD) for *every single order*. 4. Long Delays & Misleading Marketing: We experienced consistently long waiting times just to get a buggy pickup around the resort. Additionally, the photos online are somewhat misleading compared to the actual reality of the property. 5. Final Verdict: I would not recommend Four Seasons Mauritius to my friends or family. If you are looking for true 5-star luxury, genuine hospitality, and real value for your money, go to One&Only instead.

We stayed for three nights and honestly wished we could extend our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Every member of staff was welcoming, easy to talk to and always ready to help. Our villa was beautiful, and having our own private pool made it even more special. The whole resort feels like a masterpiece, with beautiful scenery and peaceful places everywhere. Each villa also comes with two bicycles, which were perfect for getting around the resort. We booked half board and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a wide selection and everything was high quality, although most of the choices were repeated each morning. There are several restaurants around the resort, each with its own atmosphere, and every dinner we had was amazing. One of the best things was how many activities were included. There was wakeboarding, kayaking, boat trips to nearby islands and snorkeling, all at no extra cost. A very special thank you to the entire boathouse team. They were friendly, patient, helpful and always happy to teach us. There is also a game room with PlayStation, Nintendo, table tennis and billiards, which we only discovered before leaving! The sunset area is also a lovely place to sit, have a drink and relax. Everything about this resort was amazing. Three nights were definitely not enough, and I would happily come back.
