I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Rubel and Monaj for their outstanding hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made our stay memorable

I liked it very much. The rooms were clean, spacious and airy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and Kyle, Anna and Gabriel at reception were great. We had the opportunity to have breakfast, and I also liked the Buonissimo Italian restaurant we chose for dinner. Thanks to Valens and Myint for their kindness and attentiveness at the restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a beautiful view, plus balloons, a lovely greeting upon arrival, and a delicious cake delivered to our room. The gesture was incredibly kind and generous. All the staff were warm and welcoming—special thanks to Faith and Rubel for making our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was peaceful with fewer guests, and we truly appreciated the late checkout until 2 PM. A memorable stay—we will definitely come back again. 💖

She upgraded our room and beautifully arranged a surprise for our 9th wedding anniversary, which made our stay truly memorable. A small note: the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great experience and we really appreciated the hospitality.
