This was the first Mövenpick hotel my family and I stayed at, and the best part for me was the food and the service. The buffet dinner and breakfast were a delicious smorgasbord featuring multiple cuisines from around the world. Located on Floor R, The Great Oaks restaurant had an expansive spread, from Indian and Mediterranean to Western cuisine. The food featured fried appetizers and fresh salads, as well as decadent desserts and sumptuous mains. My favorites for breakfast were the Chia Pudding, Creamy Spinach, Hashbrowns, Smoked Salmon, Customizable Omelettes, the Danish Pastries, and more. For dinner, there was a mini chocolate fountain, warm potato soup, different spring rolls (like Cheese, Chicken, and Vegetable), various pastas, and both meat and non-meat dishes like Kofta Kebab and Greek Salad, among others. The people who served us were truly attentive, and we genuinely appreciate them for doing so. It was a family member's birthday when we checked in, and we were given a special birthday noodle dish created and served by the Sous Chef de Partie, Chef Mark, along with the kind waiters Yew-in, Betty, and Bradley, to name a few. While we were checking in and out, we were also assisted by Mr. Fady and Ms. Arienne at the desk, Ms. Ambika in the Children's Room, and Mr. Noel at the free ice cream stand out front. We were also given a delicious cake and a set of decorations for the birthday! All the effort taken to prepare our accommodation and overall experience was so appreciated. That is why this is a top-notch hotel to stay in!

I had a wonderful experience at Move n pick hotel-Dubai, From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Especially if I can Mention Mr. Ram From Housekeeping was amazing His cleaning standards are excellent, and he always maintains hygiene and cleanliness ,The hotel’s atmosphere combines friendly Environment with comfort, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality — every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was at the reception, housekeeping, or the restaurants, I felt genuinely cared for.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and had such a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a beautiful view, plus balloons, a lovely greeting upon arrival, and a delicious cake delivered to our room. The gesture was incredibly kind and generous. All the staff were warm and welcoming—special thanks to Faith and Rubel for making our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was peaceful with fewer guests, and we truly appreciated the late checkout until 2 PM. A memorable stay—we will definitely come back again. 💖

Very disappointed with our Eid holiday stay at Mövenpick Hotel. We were 7 families staying together to relax and spend quality time after busy work schedules, but the experience completely ruined our mood. Our check-in time was supposed to be 3:00 PM, but we only received our rooms around 7:00 PM after waiting for hours in a crowded lobby. I am pregnant, and some other families had small children, so this delay was very stressful and uncomfortable for all of us. We booked separate rooms online, but some of the rooms were connected family rooms (808 and 806) without informing us properly. The worst part was the connecting door lock was broken, so we could not lock it for privacy. This may be acceptable for one family with children, but not for different friend couples staying separately. It made the situation very uncomfortable. The hotel management was not helpful, and by then we were already frustrated. The food was also disappointing the same menu was repeated for 3 days, the restaurant was extremely crowded, and some meat dishes finished quickly and were not refilled on time. We spent a lot of money expecting a relaxing Eid holiday, but unfortunately this was one of our worst hotel experiences in Dubai.
