The Grand Oasis Resort All-Inclusive Hard programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style at the main restaurant
  • Snacks served at the pool bar (11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm)
  • Snacks served at the beach bar (1pm to 5pm)
  • Local wine served during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant and Lobby Bar (including white, red and rosé wine)
  • A selection of beverages (including branded soft drinks, tonic water, mineral water, fruit juices, teas and coffees, local beer, and a selection of local hard liqueurs)*
  • Bar service at the Lobby Bar (10am til midnight), Pool Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter) and Beach Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter)
  • *All drinks are served by the glass. Alcoholic drinks are served after 12pm.

The Grand Oasis Resort Premium All-Inclusive Hard programme includes the following:

    I used to really like this hotel and have stayed here five times, which already says a lot. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, and that’s exactly why this experience was so disappointing. The hotel has always advertised that guests who stay more than two times receive loyalty bonuses. This was one of the reasons I kept choosing this hotel again and again. During my fifth stay, I informed the reception several times that I had already visited the hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception refused to discuss this topic, showed no interest, and never informed me about any bonuses or benefits I was supposedly entitled to as a returning guest. No explanation, no clarification, no initiative — nothing. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If a hotel promotes a loyalty program, it should be honored, or at least clearly explained. Loyal guests should feel appreciated, not ignored. Sadly, this experience seriously affected my impression of the hotel. What could have been a small gesture of appreciation turned into a reason to reconsider staying here again.

    I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. All the staff were extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Abdo at the front desk reception for his professionalism, warm welcome, and constant support. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Asian restaurant and the seafood restaurant for their excellent service, friendliness, and high-quality dining experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

    Hotel was great. We've been guest there between 5-15 september 2025 and it was such a beautiful experience for me and my friend. Pools are large enough and sea is awesome, you will see lots of beautiful colorful fishes once you wear your snorkel and take a look under sea, they literally hugging you. Rooms were good but our tv wasn't working, foods were goodish, can't say perfect because I visited Turkish hotels before and comparabily foods were not our taste. Of course you always somehow leaving the restaurant with full stomach but the ''how'' is the question :) The personnels were perfect, they never refuse once you asked for help doesn't matter the department. Animators were friendly and kind. The location is bit problematic as being so far from center and famous places but you very close to airport so thats balancing. I visited lots of places but I will never forget you sharm el sheikh. Thanks for everything...

    One day the water in the bathroom was yellow, so that's not good. The food was ok, but I expected more. The beach was small, because there is only one platform to enter the water (its often times crowded). There is not much to do in Sharm El Sheikh, if u like cultural tourism. The nearby mosque is way too loud, the employees are a bit overly talkative. Too many Russian-speaking tourists to, not much diversity there. The locals speak Russian better, than English. The rest was pretty good, i.e. the weather and the sea.

    Advantages: nice green territory, colorful sealife, tasty food. Disadvantages: the hotel’s audience is mainly russian, and they behave loudly and obnoxiously. The staff always tries to speak russian to you even if you say you don’t understand it.
