  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style at the main restaurant
  • Snacks served at the pool bar (11am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm)
  • Snacks served at the beach bar (1pm to 5pm)
  • Local wine served during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant and Lobby Bar (including white, red and rosé wine)
  • A selection of beverages (including branded soft drinks, tonic water, mineral water, fruit juices, teas and coffees, local beer, and a selection of local hard liqueurs)*
  • Bar service at the Lobby Bar (10am til midnight), Pool Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter) and Beach Bar (10am to 6pm in summer, 10am til sunset in winter)

    My family and I spent 8 wonderful days at Grand Oasis Resort from October 2 to October 10, 2026, and we left extremely satisfied. True to its name, the resort is vast and spacious-even taking golf carts to reach certain parts of the property added a fun touch to our holiday. We stayed in a garden-type room and thoroughly enjoyed it; the layout was very comfortable. However, as constructive feedback, we noticed that elderly guests, like my mother, struggled a bit getting in and out of the bathtub. Replacing the bathtubs with modern walk-in showers would make it much safer and more comfortable for senior guests. Also, the ice cream served at 3:00 PM was unfortunately quite disappointing in taste; it would honestly be better not to serve it at all. Aside from these minor details, the food was simply amazing! Across all meals, including breakfast, the variety was vast and everything was delicious. It is clear that the culinary team is very talented and professional; even the pickiest eaters will easily find something they love. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was great. On top of that, the resort's reefs are truly magnificent; exploring the vibrant underwater world was an unforgettable experience for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The general service attitude of the staff was satisfactory, though a very small number of employees looked a bit gloomy, almost as if they were working reluctantly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I would like to thank everyone for their efforts. We will definitely choose to stay at Grand Oasis Resort again next year.

    We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and overall it was a good experience. They pay great attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel. There are three connected pools: two for adults and one for children. There is one main restaurant. The food is okay; you will definitely find something you like to eat. They also have à la carte restaurants that you can try for a change. The animation team needs improvement, so if you have a long stay, you may get bored. There is a nearby Soho Square, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. They also provide a club car service if you don’t want to walk. Most of the hotel staff are friendly and hardworking. The hotel’s beach is mostly rocky and is best suited for snorkeling. There is also a small sandy area where children can play. They have both old and newly renovated rooms closer to the sea. We stayed in the older rooms because we wanted to be closer to the restaurant. Overall, all the rooms are tidy and clean.

    This is my second year in a row coming back, and I can honestly say that this beautiful resort has become my go-to destination for vacations, relaxation, and simply enjoying some quality time. The chefs are absolutely amazing, the room service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. I always have a wonderful time here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.❤️

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel feels like it was made almost entirely for Russian guests, and as Turkish guests, we felt clearly discriminated against and treated differently. We were even told that we couldn’t get our drinks in glass cups, while other guests were allowed to. Staff members constantly came up with different excuses and gave us misleading information. The animation team was also a complete disappointment. They seemed far more interested in taking money from guests than providing entertainment. Do not book or join any activities offered by the animators without checking the prices and details very carefully. The alcohol was absolutely awful and the drinks were extremely low quality. The food was acceptable, but almost everything was heavily spiced and difficult for us to enjoy. Overall, the service was poor, the treatment was unfair, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. We genuinely regret choosing this hotel and would never come back. If you are Turkish, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
