Great location and fantastic facilities. The only downside was being given a triple room for a four person group. However, this was down to our tour operator, On The Beach. Adel Zarzour, the barman for the club area, really went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Great interaction with the guests and a real credit to the hotel. In fact, every team member we interacted with was great.

Room was nice and very clean. Special thanks to Mohamed Shabeen our cleaner. He is the best. I came back to this hotel after 2 years and lots of things changed for better. The food was good but the drinks are the same, they should ensure they have beer all the time and cocktails.

We have just got back from 10 days at sea beach as a family of 6 and our first time in egypt. What can I say the moment we walked in through the lobby the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was beautiful all throughout. The service was great and life guards and all reps were very pleasant. We had 2 rooms looking over the resort and I couldn't fault these rooms. They were very clean and tidy throughout. For our stay we became friends with our cleaner Saied lotfy , he was brill and such a lovely gent. He wrote notes to the kids in Arabic and my children learnt to write in Arabic back to him, he made cute towel decorations and made the room very clean and tidy everyday! Which i did not expect. We have now stayed in touch we Saied and hopefully will come back to visit him or see him in England 😁 The hotel from entertainment to shops, pool beach, activities were amazing. The food was abit hit and miss but nothing we didnt like. The staff work so hard everyday making it fun for everyone. Would definitely recommend sea beach. Special mention to Saied lotfy a very hard working man the hotel is lucky to have and Soltan at the shop who looked after me when I weren't well and helped the kids when they got sunburnt. 2 days back in England id return in a heartbeat. What a lovely place and country 😊

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, and if you overlook the somewhat outdated renovation, some unfinished landscaping, and the rather average entertainment program, overall it could have been a decent stay. However, the biggest problem with this hotel is the service and the attitude towards guests. I went to the reception three times regarding the same issue, and not once did I receive a proper answer or any real assistance. The restaurant managers also tend to ignore guests’ requests. The way some of the staff communicate with you makes you feel as if you are not a hotel guest, but someone who has come to beg for something. The hotel is completely full, but this raises a simple question: why accept so many guests if the staff and management are unable to properly accommodate them? For a 4-star hotel, I expected at least basic attention, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. Unfortunately, the attitude towards guests was one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. The old furniture and unfinished areas are not the main issue — these things can be tolerated. What is much harder to accept is the feeling that you are simply not treated as a valued guest. Overall rating: 3/5. The hotel has potential and could deserve a higher rating because of its facilities and overall concept, but poor organization, lack of attention to guests, and the attitude of some members of staff significantly lower the overall experience. For a hotel presenting itself as 4-star, the level of service should be considerably better. Еда отдельная история ! Ладно ее было б мало . Но ее много и не вкусно … нет вру , вкусное фри , вареное яйцо и макароны вкусные !

We spent five days at this resort during end of August/Early September and it was a mixed bag. The resort itself is good, rooms are good size, large swimming pool, easy access to the beach and the food was good (not great). The staff is where the experience start to deteriorate. I want to first say that some more junior staff were absolutely amazing and hospitable. However, I noticed and experienced a lot of disgusting behaviours during my stay. In one instance, I went to reception to ask about their Spa and Wellness facilities, the reception staff member did not even look at me to answer. Not because he was busy, but because he was watching a TikTok on his phone and commenting about it with the other staff member. This was when the reception is empty. I asked if they have a Spa and there response was Yes; not where it was or there opening hours…etc. In another incident, I asked the staff the restaurant for cutlery (which was a daily mission), they looked at me angrily and asked why I’m not using the one at my table (we had none) and then sighed loudly and told me to pick them up myself from his cutlery tray. There are countless more instances of these behaviours. I witnessed multiple incidents of staff openly mocking foreign guests (in Arabic so they can’t understand) after being nice to them in their language. I also witness numerous occasions where senior staff would humiliate junior staff in front of everyone. if you are Egyptian or Arab looking, you’ll be treated like a second-rate customer. For example, they won’t give you multiple room cards (even if you are a group) but many foreigners do. Concierge won’t take your bags first even if it’s your turn because they want their tips in foreign currency. The senior staff seriously have an attitude problem. The rooms do not have a “do not disturb” sign that you can use so house keeping would wake you up early every morning. I almost forgot this but I think it’s crucial; they’re always out of ice for drinks. This is during 35 deg Sharm weather. If you are looking for a quite, relaxing holiday, this is not the place for it because they are always blasting very loud music every where. It’s not bad if that’s the holiday that you’re looking for. Lastly, I would like to thank all the junior staff who were clearly overworked but still tried to do their jobs well. Might come again in the future with hopes the management improves on these very easily addressable concerns.
