We have just returned from a one week break at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay (booked with TUI) and we absolutely loved the hotel. It’s not massive - it’s easy to navigate around and has one main restaurant, a poolside snack bar and a rooftop bar. All the rooms are centred around the large, lovely pool (there is quite loud daily music). There were plenty of sun beds (in April) and each room has a balcony with table, chairs and a small rack to dry clothes. The rooms have everything you need and although some may need a little updating, they are comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. The hotel is calm, bright and spacious. It has a small but adequate gym and beautifully maintained grounds. It is very close to the airport but not really in walking distance to other amenities, the beach etc. There is a reliable, daily free shuttle bus to the sister beach hotel, Jaz Belevedere and that’s a lovely beach with parasols and sun beds (and no music!). What we really loved most about the hotel is the wonderful staff and service. They are so attentive, friendly and polite. Everyone - from the wonderful waiters to the chap who waters the gardens - take a real pride in their work and really want to ensure you enjoy your stay. The food was delicious and varied too - I don’t eat meat but the salads and vegetable dishes, incredible desserts and delicious fresh fruit will be sorely missed on my return! I would definitely recommend a stay at the Jaz Neo. It’s great value and the service, in my experience and opinion, was 5 star. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a week at this hotel. Got a great price so didn't have massive expectations but have to say it was an excellent choice. Hotel is clean well kept with sizeable rooms. Staff are mainly young men but all extremely friendly and helpful and do try to make your holiday special. Lovely pool area. They don't put all the loungers out so if you struggle to find one ask the pool attendant and they will get you one quickly. Good pool bar that serves pizza, chips, burgera etc. Main buffet restaurant is good with a choice of options to suit most people. Drinks are fine, local spirits so don't expect Gordons etc but we didn't have any grumbles. Location is slightly isolated which was fine W th us but if you like to wander out and hit the bars not one for you. Soho Square 10mins by taxis as are other places. No back but they provide a mini bus service to the sister hotel Runs every hour. Beach there is very nice and worth a visit. Some good trips available if you want to get out and if you can swim a snorkel boat trip really is a must. Don't miss the chance ! Over all happy to recommend the hotel we had a great time with no grumbles. Yes you can nit pick but it is what you make it.

We had an amazing holiday, rooms were lovely. Me and my husband had a very much needed relaxing holiday - weve went on a couple of excursions - we booked them with Sharky at the hotel and they were well worth the money. The entertainment team were brilliant especially John. The food was really tasty and plenty choice. The Head Chef Mohammad cannot be faulted, he contiually asks for feed back and wants tondo anything he can to make your stay perfect. The waiters are friendly and very attentive - Ibrahim looked after us the full week. Only downside is hotel does not have anything around the outside bit the hotel does organise taxis if you want to go anywhere at resonable prices. We will definately be back. Claire and Davey

The hotel is great staff are lovely and friendly. Range of food was ok. Great location of the hotel and love the fact you can travel to the sister hotel to go to the beach. Entertainment from the Magic World team was on point. Throughly enjoyed the daytime activities getting people involved in various things. Enjoyed the entertainment each evening as it was different each night and was better than just been sat at the bar drinking. The team were all lovely and friendly and you can just have a good chat with them. Would recommend.

That was fantastic holiday, the staff are very kind and helpful. Food are great and the rooms are clean and the animation team are very kind and funny. So In general I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will come back here for sure 😀
