My family of 7 arrived to this hotel where we received a warm welcome, where we received a smooth informative checking, the bell boy took our suitcases to our rooms while giving us information about the hotel along the way also helped us connect to WIFI. Our room was well presented and very well maintained during our stay room 233. The hotel is small and quiet which was a welcomed change as used to big hotels. The pool staff Ayman was brilliant welcomed every morning set up our loungers and towels, even cleaned our sunglasses for us! All bar staff polite and attentive around the pool and on the roof bar. The restaurant staff always accommodating my family to be able to sit together they had a table ready every night. The head chef on our last day arranged a special treat for us as we requested a chocolate gateau which was served to our table, we lived our holiday here and was made to feel very special during our stay.

The hotel is great staff are lovely and friendly. Range of food was ok. Great location of the hotel and love the fact you can travel to the sister hotel to go to the beach. Entertainment from the Magic World team was on point. Throughly enjoyed the daytime activities getting people involved in various things. Enjoyed the entertainment each evening as it was different each night and was better than just been sat at the bar drinking. The team were all lovely and friendly and you can just have a good chat with them. Would recommend.

Me and my family booked with TUI and stayed for 1 week in this hotel and it was brilliant. The best part of our stay was all the hotel staff! They were lovely and all always smiling no matter how tired they are. Ahmed who use to clean our room was lovely and always had a big smile on his face! All the receptionist staff including all that were called Ahmed were amazing and friendly! Even the security guards including Mohammed sultan the manager of all security, Abdul rahman who was the night time security and Ahmed during the day looked after us so well. Eslam who was the hotel taxi staff within the hotel was brilliant and spoke very good English. Every time we booked a taxi it was so easy through him and he understood and knew what we needed straight away. All the massage staff including Gigi, shaimaa and Reda were so friendly and their massages were very relaxing. Even though we didn’t book any excursions with Sharky who was the sales assistant for excursions at the hotel, he was so nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again next time!! 👍👍👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM I would like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone at JAZ Neo Sharks Bay. ❤️ Unfortunately, during the first couple of days of my stay, I became quite unwell. What really touched me was how caring, kind and professional the entire team was towards me. A special thank you to the reception team, the doctors and medical staff, restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping/cleaning team, and every member of staff working behind the scenes. You all made me feel looked after and safe when I was not feeling well. One moment I will never forget was when I called for help at around 4:00 in the morning, and two members of the team came to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of care and kindness meant so much to me. ❤️ Even though I was feeling very unwell, I never felt alone. The staff continued to check on me, help me and make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, compassion and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier for me. JAZ Neo Sharks Bay should be very proud of its staff. They genuinely care about their guests, and I will remember the kindness I received here for a long time. Thank you all so much. ❤️🙏 10/10 for the people, the care and the hospitality. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a week at this hotel. Got a great price so didn't have massive expectations but have to say it was an excellent choice. Hotel is clean well kept with sizeable rooms. Staff are mainly young men but all extremely friendly and helpful and do try to make your holiday special. Lovely pool area. They don't put all the loungers out so if you struggle to find one ask the pool attendant and they will get you one quickly. Good pool bar that serves pizza, chips, burgera etc. Main buffet restaurant is good with a choice of options to suit most people. Drinks are fine, local spirits so don't expect Gordons etc but we didn't have any grumbles. Location is slightly isolated which was fine W th us but if you like to wander out and hit the bars not one for you. Soho Square 10mins by taxis as are other places. No back but they provide a mini bus service to the sister hotel Runs every hour. Beach there is very nice and worth a visit. Some good trips available if you want to get out and if you can swim a snorkel boat trip really is a must. Don't miss the chance ! Over all happy to recommend the hotel we had a great time with no grumbles. Yes you can nit pick but it is what you make it.
