Hi all, currently sat in the Pirates bar waiting for our taxi to the airport. We've been here for 14 nights and really enjoyed our stay. I've read reviews where people complain the food is only for Russian guests, personally I don't agree, there is always a choice of different meats and vegetables, also chips, mashed potatoes ect. We liked the egg station at breakfast, very good. Also we ate at the Pirates bar a couple of times, burgers really tasty.The Flambe bar was a lovely place for a beer and a chat with other guests on an evening. Naama bay center is only 5 minutes walk down the promenade and has a great choice of restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the snorkeling on the hotels private beach, so many fish to see. I'd like to say a big thanks to Majik, Hussein, Ahmed and Karim, lovely guys and a credit to the hotel. Also our cleaner Mohamed, my wife loved the flowers and towel art. I would say the hotel good value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are nice and serviced every day. Pools are clean and not too crowded. The beach offers many opportunities for relaxation and there is much to see if you snorkel, including colourful fish and other creatures. Small shops are a short walk away and you can probably buy literally anything.

Thank you for the wonderful stay, we received excellent hospitality. The stay was more pleasant than some of the staff at the restaurant, and the hotel boasts a wonderful beach. All the staff there are always helpful and have a lovely smile. The food was good, and the room was always clean. , and they are among the kindest staff. She works in guest relations. Professor Salwa has a wonderful smile and solutions to all the problems you face during your stay. Thank you very much.

Hussain at the flambe bar looked after us very well all week and so did magik at the pirates bar. The food could have been better. WiFi very good. Free beach towels/bag very useful. Location in the beach good.

❤️I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Beautiful bungalows close to the beach, beautiful vegetation, and wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly smiling and polite; it's clear they work hard to please their guests. Special recognition goes to the entertainment staff! Friendly, smiling young peope entertained us every day: aerobics, yoga, volleyball, shows, and dancing! We weren't bored! We thank the entertainment staff and appreciate their work—they deserve a raise. ❌The downside is the lack of toilets on the beach and very poor hygiene in the spa: very dirty, the same towels used for every guest, and wiping faces with a smelly sponge.
