One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The welcome from the very first moment was incredible — such warm, kind, and genuinely caring people. The whole team made me feel completely at home. Their attention to guests is both professional and heartfelt. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything was spotless. My room was amazing — super comfortable, with a great view and every little detail perfectly thought out. And the food… absolutely delicious! I’ve never tasted Turkish cuisine this good — everything was fresh, full of flavor, and prepared with so much care. Compliments to the chef! I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never met such kind, helpful, and sincere staff anywhere else. I’m so grateful I chose this hotel — it truly made my stay unforgettable. Great place as a Family or a Couple. Perfect kids-animation club/mini-disco. Full activities to please all kinds with a great animation-team (special THANKS to Sucha, Irhem, Mina... and all others). The service personnel are there for you and your needs. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The beauty lies in the whole resort with a superb Nature all around. Plus the mountain-chain right behind that is magnificient.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The food was disgusting — not fresh, always reheated, hard and of very poor quality. I even have photos of dishes served in terrible condition, with mold and no care for hygiene. Truly unacceptable. Service was rude and unhelpful, cleaning was terrible (you even have to ask for toilet paper and soap). Beds were like rocks, impossible to sleep on. Staff do not respect personal space and made us feel very uncomfortable around the kids. On top of that, the beach is a complete disgrace for people who are clean and respectful of nature: they allow anyone to smoke anywhere. There are no rules or limits, the sand is filled with cigarette butts, and it’s impossible for children to play safely. Our kids found more cigarette butts than seashells or stones. It is simply revolting. Food: The food quality was extremely poor — some meals even seemed spoiled. Almost every meal made us feel sick. The variety and taste were terrible. • Service: Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and barely spoke English. Getting even basic items like soap or toilet paper required repeated requests. • Cleanliness: Room cleaning was very bad. Towels, toiletries, and basic supplies were missing unless you asked. • Comfort: Beds were hard as stone, making it impossible to rest properly. • Atmosphere: The staff often invaded personal space, which was very uncomfortable — especially the way some of them behaved around children. This is completely unacceptable. • Only positive: The kids’ animation team was the only decent part of the stay. I would never recommend this hotel. It completely ruined our vacation.

27.10-03.11 air temperature around +28, the sun goes behind the mountain at 17.00. pluses - beautiful area like a botanical garden, good food, wi fi in the area and in the rooms, local alcohol was ok, outside the hotel there is somewhere to walk and shop, after check out they don't cut off the bracelet. minuses - attitude towards guests 0. Poor repair in the rooms. Poor cleaning. Old towels. Many cats in the area that need treatment.Late check-out 18 euros per hour. I will not return to this hotel.

It’s the perfect blend of secluded bliss and adventure-ready proximity, making it feel like a secret hideaway that’s still close to Turkey’s vibrant pulse. The animation team? Total rockstars! Their energy is contagious, and they kept the fun flowing with everything from beach volleyball and aqua aerobics to epic foam parties and live evening shows under the stars. They’re multilingual, super creative, and made sure everyone, from kids hunting for treasure to adults mastering cocktail recipes or stretching out at sunrise yoga, was having a blast. They turned the resort into a lively community where strangers became friends in no time. The service here is next-level—flawless and heartfelt from the moment we arrived to this very last day. The staff treated us like family, remembering names, anticipating needs, and delivering everything with warm smiles. Whether it was poolside drinks, quick room service, or a friendly chat, they made every moment feel special and effortless. The food—oh my, it’s a foodie’s heaven with something for everyone! The main buffet was a daily masterpiece: fresh Aegean seafood, melt-in-your-mouth grilled meats, colorful local salads, and global dishes from creamy Italian pastas to spicy Asian stir-fries. Gluten-free, vegan, and kid-friendly options were plentiful and delicious, crafted with top-quality ingredients. The Mongolian restaurant was the highlight—sizzling stir-fries customized right in front of you, bursting with fresh veggies and bold flavors, paired with a seaside ambiance that made every bite unforgettable. Every meal felt like a celebration. The weather this past week was pure perfection—32 degrees Celsius (90°F) in the shade, ideal for lounging or swimming, and over 40°C (104°F) in the sun for that perfect tan. Clear skies every day made the pool and sea irresistible, like stepping into a postcard of summer bliss. It’s hard to leave this sun-soaked haven knowing the grey, rainy UK awaits! The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and gym available for those looking to unwind or stay active, though we didn’t get a chance to try them. The Mongolian restaurant turned dinners into unforgettable experiences, with sizzling plates and live music adding that extra magic. Gypsophila Club Marine is a gem for families and couples alike. Kids adored the safe shallow waters and fun-filled kids’ club, while couples could sneak off for sunset cocktails or private cabanas. As I’m packing up to leave, I’m already dreaming of coming back to escape the dreary UK weather. This isn’t just a vacation—it’s a soul-recharging, memory-making masterpiece.
