⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hard Rock Hotel Kuta – Truly Exceptional From the moment you arrive, every single staff member you pass greets you with a warm “hello, how are you?” The service is absolutely impeccable — from check-in, security and drivers, to the restaurants and pool staff. It is genuinely the best service I have ever experienced in my life. You are treated like a king and queen from start to finish. The team are always looking out for your needs, whether it’s opening a door for you or making sure you’re heading the right way in the corridors. The attention to detail is something special. Facilities: ATM, money changer, business centre, laundry, room service — everything you need is right on site. The location is perfect: right on the beach with a side entrance to the main street, making everything an easy walk. It’s also fantastic for kids (although we don’t have any, we could clearly see how great the facilities were for families). Pools: The main pool is huge — as big as the eye can see — with a swim-up bar, sand area, shallow and deep zones. Truly world class. My only note is that the Chill Out Pool (Rock Royalty access) doesn’t have accessible steps or stairs to enter, which would make it perfect. Dining: So many great options — Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe, and even the Splash Poolside menu were all excellent. Rock Royalty: Rock Royalty privileges are 10,000% worth it. Turndown service, laundry, free cocktails, lounge access and the breakfast alone justify the upgrade. Room: We stayed in a suite — spacious, comfortable, and cleaned beautifully each day. Cabanas: Cabana hire at $60 for the day is worth its weight in gold. You get a comfy shaded space plus a picnic basket full of snacks. It was a highlight for a lazy pool day, and you can order food and drinks right from your cabana. Despite the hotel being busy, it never felt overcrowded or annoying. It’s vibrant but still relaxed. Most importantly, you feel safe here. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% return. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The location is great, and the overall hospitality is truly awesome. The staff is extremely nice, always helpful and welcoming. The accessibility is good, and the food is great (One Indian dish, others are continental), especially with the Hard Rock Café being nice as well. The rooms are excellent, and the swimming pool is super amazing and bar in between the water, also they have created the beach in the swimming pool this concept is very unusual. (However, the water is dirty, needs to be clean frequently. — definitely one of the highlights! The water activities are very enjoyable, and the activities and games for kids are fantastic. Plus, the beach is very close, which is a big advantage. The only small issue is that the front road is one-way, which can be a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, an excellent hotel with great vibes and fantastic service. Highly recommended!

We chose to stay at hard rock Bali this year as we stayed at Dynasty last year on holiday which seemed to cater to families who had younger children. We thought Hard Rock would cater more to teenagers (as we travel with 5 of them!) given the speed slides advertised at the time of booking and the “music/rock” theme of the hotel. however we were a little disappointed on arrival that the only slides that catered to teenagers were no longer operational and were currently being removed and replaced with another attraction that was not going to be ready during our stay. The “teen” room was mostly full of primary school kids with their parents and the pool area and activities were definitely more aimed at younger children families similar to Dynasty. The pool is very large and enjoyable, although can be very busy with a lot of kids during peak times and they also take up a lot of realestate at the swim up bar regardless of having a seperate “kids swim up bar” of their own which can make ordering a drink difficult at times. If you have young children I think this hotel is a great option as they offer a lot of activities such as pool sports, competitions, kids water slides and foam parties, but for older kids and couples and singles, there may be better options in the area. The location is great straight across from the beach and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and big enough for two but if you are sharing with more than two people it can feel overcrowded and the lighting could be better for those needing proper lighting for things like make up application. Prices within the hotel are very much on par with Australian prices so eating and drinking at the hotel will be pricey in comparison to other local options. Staff are very friendly, helpful and respectful.

I initially booked this hotel as it looked great fun for our kids, though it is a properly amazing 5 star resort that i'd book even without kids. The main standout was the staff and service. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and so knowledgeable about the resort. The pool is gorgeous and even has a sandy area. The breakfast was outstanding. Room large and comfortable with everything you could possibly want (proper tissue boxes, lovely towels, good sized fridge, iron etc). I actually took a day trip to club med during our stay and couldn't wait to return to the Hard Rock for its warmth and amazing facilities. Extra points for having reusable water bottles in the room and filtered water throughout the resort.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Hard Rock Hotel. It was amazing. Very clean, with lots of facilities. The pools and slides are great, our daughter absolutely loved it. We had the breakfast included and it was so delicious with lots of options and they had different options every day. Huge thank you to the chefs and all people who work there. You are doing amazing job. Spa in the hotel is one of the best. Highly recommend it. Very close to different restaurants and shopping centres. They have kids club, live entertainment every day which was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thanks a lot.
