The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. We had absolutely fantastic stay in the hotel and as surprise we got upgrade of the room. Room was so spacious, bathroom amazing and everything was clean and had fantastic amenities. Breakfast was amazin, buffet had so many choices that we couldn't decide what to eat. Prosecco at the entry made my day! There was not even one thing that I would say was negative and I used to work in 5start hotel for 7 years. Well done to everyone made our stay memorable.

Absolutely amazing. We upgraded to a suite with a hot tub on our balcony. This really made the holiday The hotel itself was absolutely beatiful. But the suite we booked was beyond all expectations. Very large amd spacious. We spent so much time in the hot tub we didnt get to even try the indoor spa bath. Highly recommend.

Really good trip for our family holiday. Lots of activities to do at the pool, which made for a lot of fun and plenty of laughs. Ezekiel Anita was fantastic, whether it be aqua aerobics or my personal favourite water basket. Always had a smile on his face and always quick with a joke. Great guy, which helped make an already brilliant stay even better. Splash pool is where we spent most of our time, which is great for kids. My daughter did the kids clubs a couple of times, mainly to do DJing or play football, but they can pick and choose when to go and what to do. Location is great, 20 minutes away from Siam Park and the hotel is brilliant. Food and drinks are pricey, as you’d expect for a chain like Hard Rock. We didn’t go all inclusive as it would have added about another £3,000 to our vacation, which we felt wouldn’t be worthwhile. Lots and lots of lovely eateries and restaurants just out the door and up the hill.

Our stay at the hard rock has been fantastic, the housekeeping team have been fabulous, had a small issue with our sink tap and the maintenance team were prompt, friendly and efficient. The F&B team were working fabulously making breakfast and dinner service run smoothly. The weather changed and a storm has come on Saturday so we decided to book a massage and spend time in the spa, great morning/afternoon spent here. Would highly recommend the spa!!
