We are currently here on a 9 night stay and we are having the best time!! We are a group of 4, 2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 15. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi the service has been second to none. Lovely, smiley, helpful staff. Smooth check in. Wonderful room, we are in the two bedroom suite and it's perfect for our family. The housekeeping staff have kept the rooms sparkling everyday. We are half board and the meals have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade. The buffet is huge and the choices change each day!! Nice pool area, lovely views, 10/10 experience!! We will recommend and we will be back! Park tickets were included with our room and as we booked a suite we also have entrance to the lounge, which we have used a couple of times. Thank you Hilton 😊

It is such a beautiful and comfortable hotel. This hotel is ideal for staying in if you are planning to attend an event in Etihad Arena, which is only 2 minutes walk away. The service is in this hotel exceptional! The reception accommodated us and changed our room to the balcony one within minutes upon our request. The room service is so fast, the breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in the world! Ratan, our server, was so hardworking and smiling throughout. Everyone at the breakfast service was extremely attentive and it felt that they were doing their best! We are extremely grateful to the hotel management and specially to their amazing staff! We were returning customers and we surely would be coming back again!

Had a wonderful time staying at Hilton, Yas Island last month. The location was fantastic! The suite was clean, spacious, well lit and comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Special thanks to Chef Raman and his dosa making team (Maya) for serving us amazing food every morning. Would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality extended by the Executive Lounge staff - Monisa, Yvonne, Lydia and a big thank you to Catherine for being so warm and caring and kind to my elderly parents - for not just helping them with the vegetarian food but also providing assistance to their room. The kids loved the pool and playing table tennis! Truly appreciate Hilton for making our stay memorable.

We’ve had a mixed experience during our stay and are still currently here for one more night. After some initial issues with room allocation, the hotel did move both my parents and me the following day into a lovely balcony bay room, which was very much appreciated. I’d especially like to thank the duty manager, Basma, and several members of staff who have been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, despite the room change, we have had sleepless nights in both rooms. The noise levels have been extremely high until around 3am, particularly on Friday night/Saturday morning. The noise appears to be coming from the nearby Irish bar and has been far louder than expected for a hotel of this standard. In addition to this, there has been constant door slamming in the hallway throughout the night. I had assumed corridor doors would have a slow-closing mechanism for fire safety and noise control, however the repeated slamming has added significantly to the disturbance and made rest extremely difficult. A particularly distressing incident occurred around 3am when two men repeatedly and aggressively tried to open the interconnecting door between our rooms. They were clearly unaware the room was interconnected, which suggests this was not properly explained at check-in. Hearing this in the middle of the night was frightening—especially as I had my young child with me—and raised serious concerns about safety. We are due to fly back on Sunday afternoon and check out Sunday morning and unfortunately I do not expect the noise levels to improve tonight, which is disappointing given the cost of the stay and the location. While some staff have provided excellent service and handled matters well when raised, overall the experience has fallen short of what we expected from a Hilton. Sadly, it’s not a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

Stayed at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island with my wife while attending a Linkin Park concert at Etihad Arena, and the location honestly couldn’t have been better. The arena is within walking distance, which made the whole experience super convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A really nice bonus was receiving free tickets to Warner Bros. World from the hotel, which made the trip even more memorable. The hotel is perfect if you’re planning to visit Yas Island attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The only minor downside for us was that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, which might not suit everyone, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. We had rented a car, and free parking at the hotel was another plus. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re attending events at Etihad Arena or exploring Yas Island.
