We had such a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach and truly enjoyed every moment of it. Since our arrival flight was very early in the morning, we were a bit worried about check-in, but the staff kindly helped us check in as quickly as possible, which made a huge difference after a long journey. Our departure flight was in the evening, and they were also very considerate with our late check-out request, allowing us to relax comfortably until it was time to leave. They also accommodated all of our requests with kindness and care. As we were visiting for our honeymoon, we especially appreciated how thoughtful and considerate the team was in helping us enjoy such a special trip together. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also experienced a power outage during our visit, but the way the team handled the situation was very impressive. They responded quickly, communicated well, and showed genuine care for the guests, which left a strong impression on us. A very special thank you to Mimi and Mink for making our stay even more special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality meant a lot to us, and we are truly grateful for the care they showed throughout our stay. Thanks to the entire team, we were able to make such wonderful memories in Koh Samui. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit.

We have been staying at the Holiday Inn Bophut and want to express our sincere gratitude for an absolutely wonderful vacation. My wife and I, along with our two boys, have felt completely at home from the very first minute. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are incredibly family-friendly, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the remarkable management and their dedication to guest satisfaction. We had a very very minor issue during one of the evening events and left some quiet, constructive feedback. The way the management team handled it was simply world-class. They addressed our concerns immediately with incredible professionalism, genuine care, and offered a generous gesture to make up for it. It’s easy to be a good hotel when everything runs smoothly, but the Holiday Inn Bophut showed true excellence in how they value and respond to their guests. Thank you for turning a small hiccup into a showcase of perfect Thai hospitality. We highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Koh Samui and want to thank the entire team for making our family trip so special. We will definitely be back!

We almost didn’t book this hotel… and that would have been one of the biggest mistakes of our trip! After staying here for two weeks with our 1 year-old, we can honestly say this was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The location is unbeatable: only 15 minutes from the airport, beach front and right in the middle of Fisherman’s Village, so you can walk everywhere for lunch, dinner, shops and the night market. It gave us the convenience of a resort while still experiencing the local atmosphere.. The breakfast deserves its own review. Easily the best we’ve had anywhere — huge variety of Western and Asian dishes, excellent quality, and plenty of options for both adults and kids. If you’re travelling with children, this hotel is incredible. The Kids Club is fantastic, there’s a children’s pool area, and they even offer reasonably priced nanny services. We used it a few afternoons and it allowed each of us to enjoy some time to ourselves knowing our daughter was in great hands! But what truly makes this place special is the people. Every day someone from the management team checked how guests were doing, and every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. We never once felt like “just another room.” One last tip: don’t be afraid of visiting in the low season. We had a few short tropical showers, but also lower prices, fewer crowds and an amazing experience!! 3 weeks later we’re still talking about this trip… and already looking at dates to come back.

We had a great family stay at Holiday Inn Bophut. The rooms were clean, and the facilities were excellent for families. We stayed in the 2Bedder Family Suite. The Kids Club was fantastic! Our kids especially enjoyed the Muay Thai and tie-dye T-shirt activities (available at an additional cost). A special thank you to Namfon for her genuine care, warmth, and kindness towards the children, she made their experience even more memorable. We also appreciate Thun, who helped us identify the halal breakfast options on our first day. His knowledge and helpfulness were much appreciated. Highly recommended for families!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Koh Samui. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy for our large group of 20 people to relax after our daily activities. Despite traveling as a big group, the hotel staff handled everything smoothly and always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What stood out most was the friendliness and warmth of the team. Everyone we interacted with genuinely made us feel at home, which made a big difference throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Lukket, the hotel lobby ambassador, who was consistently attentive, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We are also especially grateful to Fresh, the manager of Essence Restaurant, and his team for going above and beyond to ensure our food needs were met. During the island-wide power interruption on 22 June, they worked tirelessly to make sure none of us had to go hungry or wait unnecessarily, which we truly appreciated given the size of our group. Overall, this stay was made memorable by the excellent service, caring staff, and their dedication to guest comfort. Highly recommended for families and large groups.
