We had the most wonderful one-week stay at this fantastic family resort, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What impressed us the most was the Kids Club. The entire team was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. A special thank you goes to Annie and Namfon, who took exceptional care of our little one (1y). We always felt completely comfortable and confident knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. The daily program was creative, engaging, and varied — there was something exciting happening every single day. We also really appreciated that the Kids Club was cleaned thoroughly for an hour every day, which gave us great peace of mind. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The pools are fantastic and perfect for families, and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to start the day right. All staff members throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. For us, the week truly could not have been more perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family with little kids looking for a relaxing and joyful vacation experience. We would return without hesitation!

A truly beautiful hotel. The service is impeccable - incredibly helpful and professional staff. The interior design is an experience in itself. The food at breakfast is very high quality with a very good selection. The location is very good for fisherman’s village, the beach and the night market. This is a family-oriented hotel - pract Calle every guest while we were there was a young family, with young children. We came as a couple and found the number of small children quite overwhelming (not the hotel’s fault - we should have done better research before booking). If you have kids, this seems like an amazing place to take them. For couples looking for a quiet relaxing base, I don’t think this hotel is a good choice. I would also say that if you (or your kids) are really into the beaches thailand is famous for, there are far better ones that Bophut. We rented a scooter for our time on Samui and visited lots of other beaches, so it was fine. But with young kids that’s not easy - so be prepared to hang in the resort or get taxis to other beaches if you can’t get a scooter. On balance: impeccable hotel but too many kids for a couole’s break.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful beachfront location in Bophut, with easy access to the sea, a lovely beach, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a very enjoyable kids club. It is an excellent choice for families with children. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The staff were generally friendly, warm, and helpful, which contributed positively to our stay. However, when our child suffered a head injury that required stitches, we had hoped for a more attentive and proactive response from the staff. While the situation was managed, more care and support during this stressful moment would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach was absolutely incredible — but what truly made it unforgettable was F&B manager, Sam. It’s hard to put into words just how special he is. From day one, Sam went far beyond what you would ever expect. His warmth is completely genuine — not rehearsed, not routine — just natural kindness and care. He has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re not just guests at a hotel, but friends being welcomed back. What meant the most to us was the beautiful connection he formed with our son. It wasn’t just polite interaction — it was real engagement. He remembered little details, took time to chat, joke, and encourage him, and made him feel seen and important every single day. Our son absolutely lit up whenever Sam was around. As parents, that meant everything. Those moments are what turn a good holiday into a lifelong memory. Sam’s attention to detail is exceptional to customers and staff alike. Whether it was checking in on us during the day, ensuring we had everything we needed on behalf of his colleagues or simply stopping for a genuine conversation, he made every interaction feel personal and meaningful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything with such effortless professionalism and warmth. He is an absolute asset to the hotel and a huge reason we will return. Staff like Sam are rare — someone who combines professionalism with true heart. He didn’t just enhance our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach — he defined it. We left feeling truly grateful to have met him. He made our holiday. Quite simply, it wouldn’t have been the same without him. The entire team: including the cleaning, breakfast, pool bar and reception staff were all exceptional and so much was improved from our previous stay the year before. We really appreciate the care from Dolly, Mimi and the rest of the team who always did their utmost to be attentive to our families needs too. We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Samui and felt comfortable and welcome from the very first moment. The hotel grounds are modern, beautifully maintained, and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, right next to Fisherman’s Village, with many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and also very close to the airport, which made arrival and departure easy and stress-free. Our children absolutely loved the kids club, especially the cooking classes, which were a real highlight and made the stay even more special for them. The food throughout the hotel was excellent, with great quality and variety. What truly made our stay outstanding was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Mr. Rum for his great sense of humor, outstanding service, and many helpful tips for activities and attractions on Koh Samui. His recommendations added so much value to our holiday. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, and would happily return.
