Great hotel for families with kids! We stayed in the family room with bunk beds and the room was very spacious with a walk in closet area, separate bedroom for the kids, 2 balconies, and a huge bathroom. Our room was closer to the main road so it seemed to be quieter than those facing the main pool or close to the beach. The hotel was very mindful of kids, with a specific area for them in the breakfast buffet and different events and activities every night. The location was also right on the beach and accessible to the Fisherman’s village for shopping and the night market. Overall my family had a really enjoyable experience here!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and many great restaurants. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We initially had a room overlooking the construction site, but when we asked to move, the team accommodated our request and made the process very easy. We also loved the food at the restaurant, and the kids-eat-free promotion with selected adult meals was a great bonus for families. I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Koh Samui. My only feedback is that the pool area can get quite busy, and many guests reserve sun loungers for the entire day while coming and going, making it difficult for others to find a spot. I also think the coffee could be improved. As someone who enjoys good coffee, I found myself visiting local cafés outside the hotel each day instead. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

We almost didn’t book this hotel… and that would have been one of the biggest mistakes of our trip! After staying here for two weeks with our 1 year-old, we can honestly say this was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The location is unbeatable: only 15 minutes from the airport, beach front and right in the middle of Fisherman’s Village, so you can walk everywhere for lunch, dinner, shops and the night market. It gave us the convenience of a resort while still experiencing the local atmosphere.. The breakfast deserves its own review. Easily the best we’ve had anywhere — huge variety of Western and Asian dishes, excellent quality, and plenty of options for both adults and kids. If you’re travelling with children, this hotel is incredible. The Kids Club is fantastic, there’s a children’s pool area, and they even offer reasonably priced nanny services. We used it a few afternoons and it allowed each of us to enjoy some time to ourselves knowing our daughter was in great hands! But what truly makes this place special is the people. Every day someone from the management team checked how guests were doing, and every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. We never once felt like “just another room.” One last tip: don’t be afraid of visiting in the low season. We had a few short tropical showers, but also lower prices, fewer crowds and an amazing experience!! 3 weeks later we’re still talking about this trip… and already looking at dates to come back.

Holiday Inn Bophut is truly a special place. The facilities are fantastic, the food is excellent, and every little detail has been thoughtfully designed, especially for families with children. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality is incredible. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay unforgettable, and you can really feel how much they care. It's the people who made me fall in love with this place, and it's why I keep coming back with my family. More than just a hotel, it's a place that feels like home.

We had a short getaway at Holiday Inn Resor, and it completely exceeded our expectations. For a 4-star hotel, the level of service is unbelievable—honestly better than many 5-star places I've stayed at. The location is spot on, super convenient for getting around while keeping a great resort feel. But what made our stay truly special was Pompam. She was so warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Loved every minute of our stay!
