Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Ability to use AC is wonderful luxury. Service is top notch in every area. Housekeeping are excellent, efficient. Bar staff are excellent, friendly. Breakfast and dinner staff are quick friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Eden and will keep coming back.

A really lovely hotel. The half-board option offers a wide variety of choices for both dinner and breakfast. If you need parking, I recommend requesting it right away, as there aren’t many spots and at least they can reserve one for you. Otherwise, the location is excellent, and the hotel is very comfortable.

Our third stay at this hotel in the last year. Perfect location opposite the beach, midway between tram stops. Pool area and rooftop bar both excellent. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for the Sea View Balcony Rooms and the buffet is great. Upgraded to Half Board for only £50pp for the week which is excellent value. Staff are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in beautiful Port Soller.

Hotel location is excellent. With stunning views. Staff were very welcoming, especially bar staff. The rooms were functional if a little tired looking & room 417 had a leaking shower, plug full of hair with water running into the bedroom. An attempt to fix was made, better but water still not going away quick enough. Headboard & under bed dusty but towels & bedlinen clean & white & a comfortable bed.

Overall an underwhelming experience; had this hotel advertised itself as a Best Western rather than a four star hotel. There was very little attention to detail such as finger smudges all over the mirrors of the elevator, low quality linen, and terrible music at the roof top bar. Overall a fine hotel, however would not call it a 4 star hotel
