A really lovely hotel. The half-board option offers a wide variety of choices for both dinner and breakfast. If you need parking, I recommend requesting it right away, as there aren’t many spots and at least they can reserve one for you. Otherwise, the location is excellent, and the hotel is very comfortable.

Amazing view from roof terrace. Receptionist could have been friendlier and suggest "bar,restaurants...". She seems "forced" to work there. Did not give a single information about the Bar, Restaurant, massage service, roof terrace... basically nothing, not even breakfast and dinner time (halfboard). Just checked in, room key and goodbye. Hotel location is excellent. Hotel bat s so dead, no one there so we went out. lovely dinner and breakfast I must say. Chef cooked fresh squid, fishes in front of you...

I will say, the location of this hotel is fantastic. The pool area is also great. As someone with 15 years experience in the hotel industry, I will say this hotel could do so much better. The property is obviously dated, and the rooms look like they could use a lot of TLC. Our bathroom door continued to come off the hinges every time we opened it. The bathrooms were very tight. I still had no real complaints with this, as you pay for the location - and we paid a lot. The real complaint is the staff. The front desk staff is absolutely a pain in the butt. We had asked to switch from one Superior room to two basic rooms. Online, the cost would be less. This hotel told us that they could not do so and that we would have to pay an additional cancellation of one day - approximately $750 to cancel the initial room, even though we just wanted to move. We had no choice, and switched to the two basic rooms. At the time, the hotel did not charge us the cancellation charge, and I thought they waived it. Fast forward three months, and without any authorization, I see this charge on my credit card. It is absolutely heinous that a hotel can do this without even communicating with the guest. Obviously this hotel has no standards when it comes to guest satisfaction. I would recommend staying at one of the neighboring properties- which there are plenty of.

If you are planning on lying by the pool at any time during your stay, you will have to stand ready when they open at 9am. Also, this is not for adults, but more so for kids. We found another persons hair in our beds on the first night, luckily they took that serious and cleaned it properly the following day. The rooms are quite small. The staff is not bad but also not service minded. If you want a towel for the pool or beach, be ready to wait on average 5 minutes (only one person is allowed to hand out towels, and he/she is rarely there). Would recommend this place if location is the only requirement. Honest hotel star rating: 2.5

Second night at this hotel and it has been really bad. Changed rooms when we arrived because first room smelled like sewage (222) and the bathroom was between the bedroom and the balcony and view making it really unappealing and unlike the photos. Door to balcony was really dirty also. They offered us the room on the top floor with big balcony (712) . Much nicer room. Amazing balcony. BUT boiled first night because air-conditioning is pumping out 22° air (saw the repair man's thermostat) when temps are 34 in the day. Asked for a fan and they said they had nothing and have offered nothing. Took a shower today to find the water goes boiling then freezing every few seconds while making an air siren noise. The shampoo pump attached to wall was empty and obviously didn't know until in the shower. No refresh of water second night despite no discount for multiple nights. Its high season, this is expensive and really crap. They don't care at all so far and if it doesn't change these scores are going down to reflect not just the poor experience and facilities but the real lack of interest they have in your experience. Only one more night then I get to leave, not what you want for your holiday.
