We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ari and Ratih for taking such great care of us every morning. Your kindness and warm hospitality made our days start perfectly. The café staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable with your outstanding service. You truly made our vacation perfect. We hope to come back again! (We also really appreciated the beautiful honeymoon towel decoration in our room.)

This was my first time visiting Bali, and staying at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was absolutely amazing. The facilities are beautiful, the service is incredibly efficient, and the entire property is simply stunning. What really stood out to my wife and me, though, was the hospitality. Unfortunately, during our stay we both became quite sick. The way the team looked after us was genuinely exceptional. They regularly checked in to see how we were feeling, kept us updated, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their care and attention went far beyond what we expected from a hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. The level of service was second to none and really showed how much the team cares about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Bali. Hotel Indigo Seminyak is an amazing property with fantastic facilities, wonderful staff and truly outstanding hospitality.

This is a complicated review. Short is would absolutely stay here again and really deserves 4.5 stars..and I'm fussy. First the positives.. the staff without exception are friendly and sweet from the security staff at the gate to housekeeping. The grounds are immaculate and the attention to detail is fabulous. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel designed really needs an award. Less positive.. we had some issues.. the shower leaked outside onto balcony. whilst not seemingly an issue we hadn't noticed first day and when we went to sit on the sofa on balcony slipped .We were given pods for our coffee machine which didntt initially fit.. annoying to find this out late and night when in bed and wanting a coffee. The make up mirror was filthy when we arrived and this was not picked up by housekeeping on second dayso I ended up cleaning it myself. When check in was taking forever as room not ready even after 2 pm and we asked about a bar to wait in and perhaps a welcome drink we were told that wasn't possible which seemed mean and silly. we would have ended up buying a lot more whilst we waited. Room design whilst lovely has no sound insulation to the toilet from the bed, the slit doors and the open area above the toilet door means no sounds can be hidden... Our tv kept showing no signal which despite engineering coming twice could not be resolved. Back to positive. when reporting the above managemt were quick to respond. Unfortunately despite some effort the issues reminded and more appeared. to their credit they finally did upgrade out room on the last night to a beautiful suite which was appreciated but probably should have happened a day earlier. We had asked for a room change then (did not request upgrade just a change). Tips.. outside the gates are 2 or 3 little mini marts excellent for snacks and beers etc to take to room.. A small restaurant wearing big boss also there see separate review. A lot of very cheap and reasonable massge places within. 10 mon walk.. go up street alongside courtyard by Marriott and turn right.. lots on that road. Would love to come back

An absolutely 5 star experience! ⭐️ Stayed for three nights on a work trip and had an outstanding experience. All aspects of the experience, from the comfort of the rooms, the attentiveness of the staff to the included breakfast were all just wonderful. In addition, just over the road is the beach and a whole series of massage parlors. Just makes the day complete ❤️ 🇮🇩 Overall a strong recommend from me!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak and would definitely come back. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything is very well maintained. The swimming pools were always clean and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice every morning. I also really enjoyed the food throughout my stay. A special mention to Sava Spa, my treatment there was an experience in itself and one of the highlights of my trip. I also had a boxing session with Rai, who was a fantastic trainer and made the workout both enjoyable and challenging. What I appreciated most was the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and respectful, which made it easy to switch off and enjoy the holiday. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay.
