I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but this hotel has such a warm energy that’s hard to put into words. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond in ways that felt so genuine that it stayed with me every day of my stay. Katat, aka Dicky, kept surprising me with his special drinks and his hilarious concern about me being single. Sika gave me the best recommendations for where to go and what to see. The housekeeping team brought me ice buckets every day to help with my knee, always with a warm smile. Savitri delivered my morning coffee with the brightest energy. James made lattes that could rival any cage anywhere. And the chef who made me double-cheese omelettes every morning deserves a special mention. There were so many more wonderful people whose names I wish I remembered, but their kindness truly made this place feel like home. The location by the beach is perfect, the property is surrounded by lush greenery, and the rooms are fantastic. Maybe it’s the Bali air that puts you in a positive state of mind, but everyone here genuinely cares about you. If you want a stay filled with warmth, smiles, and little moments that make your day, do yourself a favour and stay here. And make sure to visit Sava Spa while you’re at it.

This is easily the best hotel we have ever stayed in! We spent a few days here for our honeymoon and felt incredibly comfortable and well-cared for the entire time. Every single staff member has a genuine smile and a positive aura. You immediately feel right at home. The staff are also extremely helpful with everything you need. The food offers a wide selection and is consistently delicious. Furthermore, the massages at the spa were absolutely excellent! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! You won't regret it!

Amazing property for a short getaway, located off the main Seminyak area but has a great laid-back atmosphere with easy beach acces. Everyone was extremely lovely and made us feel welcome with their warm personalities. Ratna at reception was very patient in explaining all the details of our stay, all breakfast staff at Makase were attentive and helpful, the team at Tree Bar and Sugarsand took great care of us with fun banter and amazing cocktails. Even the security team were extremely welcoming and made us feel safe and acknowledged every time we came back to the resort after a day of exploration. Highly recommend for a couple retreat or girls weekend trip!

Loved our 5 night stay at Hotel Indigo. Photos really don't do justice to how great this hotel is. A big standout was the Buffet Breakfast - huge variety of options to please the pickiest of eaters (my toddler), while remaining fresh. We love our morning Jamu and trying snake fruit for the first time, among many other delicious items available. The hotel has daily activities, at least 1 kid activity a day (pizza making, wood toy painting, clay putty, etc) plus activities for all ages. We tried one of their fitness classes (free) and a soundbath (nominal fee). It was my first soundbath and I loved the experience and Witt had a wonderful calm energy to lead it. The property and grounds are very well kept and had everything we needed to not leave the hotel for very long. We loved the pool options, even tried the cold plunge bath. Very easy to order from your pool chair with the call button. The beach wasn't the nicest (lots of garbage washes up unfortunately) although we did see them clean it. It should be noted that it's across a small scooter street. They have a guard positioned to help stop traffic but it was easy to get across. From there you can walk along the beach path and there are plenty of restaurant options along the way. Great spots to enjoy the sunset!

I had the most beautiful and restorative massage from Tari at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. The space is magnificent. Tari was attentive and made sure everything from the temperature of the room to the lighting and music was in tune with my needs. Her massage skills were top notch and I left feeling relaxed and centred. Thank you Tari 🙏🌞🤗
