One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful, love the design & the grounds, beautiful pools, loved the cold plunge. Several options for places to eat or drink and food was pretty good. Excellent breakfast, I’ve never seen such an impressive breakfast buffet. The employees are SO wonderful, very friendly, helpful and accommodating…*Special shout out to Ratih she was amazing* Being able to shoot them a message at any time on WhatsApp and having them show up quickly was so appreciated. They even had a seamstress on site that repaired an outfit of mine! Loved the oranges & press to make fresh OJ. The bed was SO comfy. Incredibly clean rooms as was the rest of the hotel. I liked how they had activities for the guests. I enjoyed puppy yoga. Being an IHG member I felt they especially took great care of me here. They even upgraded me to a villa my last night there as a way to apologize for some loud noise I’d mentioned which was totally unexpected and really appreciated. I enjoyed my experience here so much. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Indigo.

Come to have an appointment with the people who stayed here and the hotel was beautiful stuff. The first impression was positive. The lobby was clean, well-lit, and smelled fresh, which immediately gave a sense of comfort. The come-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful in explaining the facilities. The location is another strong point. It is conveniently situated near restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making transportation easy. Whether for business or leisure, the accessibility adds significant value. Big basement and front lobby parking area, there's minimalist parking site next to the front gate for motorcycle and gojek. Overall the hotel is beautiful and would love to stay here next time.

Hotel Indigo is the best resort in Bali at this price level. As IHG Diamond members traveling around the world, we’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one really stands out. First, the environment. The resort isn’t very large, but it’s elegant, clean, and beautifully designed. I especially like the scent throughout the hotel—it creates a relaxing atmosphere and makes it a pleasure to stay here. Second, the food. The breakfast and restaurants in the resort are very enjoyable. They offer a variety of cuisines, and I also tried oat-latte in their café, which I liked a lot. Third, the people and the service. Indigo provided the best IHG service we’ve experienced. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome. They handled every request professionally and offered many thoughtful little touches that helped upgrade our overall experience. The resort also offers customize options to make you feel living better here, like different types of pillow you can choose. Overall, the resort is really worthy. I really recommend everyone to try it.

Perfect staycation and precious mom-daughter quality time ❤️ 3 nights spent here felt too short, we really enjoyed every part of the experience, from the facilities, the beautiful room, the breakfast, and of course the beach! 😍 The breakfast was both lovely and grand. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, everything was very well managed, from the arrival flow at the entrance. Special thanks to Pak Arya, the Restaurant Manager, who consistently checked on me and my mom every single morning to ensure everything was perfect. Not only for us, but he was genuinely present for all guests around the restaurant. Also appreciation to the waitresses who professionally remembered my coffee preference 🥹 (sorry I couldn’t recall the names). The Breakfast Club waitress also very kind, we can see her services from the heart ❤️ Big thumbs up as well to Bu Febe and the team for the smooth check-in experience. Even though our room was not yet ready as we arrived before check-in time, Pak Restu, the Duty Manager, was extremely helpful. He kindly showed us around the restaurant area and personally sent us the room key once the room was ready. Truly grateful for the warm hospitality ❤️ Last but not least, thank you to the Service Center team, especially Ngakan and Anggita, who were consistently helpful from pre-arrival until check-out. The private recovery spa was also excellent: clean, relaxing, and very convenient for in-house guests who appreciate privacy. Will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to our housekeeping staff, Purna, who took excellent care of our room. The room was always spotless, well organised, and thoughtfully prepared every day. His attention to detail and friendly service truly stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. The location is also great—close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely love to stay here ag
