What an incredible disappointment. I genuinely have no idea how this place manages to present itself as a quality hotel. The food was some of the worst I have experienced in a hotel restaurant. The meat was so tough it felt like a workout just trying to cut it. The fish smelled unpleasant and tasted far from fresh. Every meal seemed to answer the question: “How low can expectations go?” Breakfast was equally depressing. The eggs appeared to have been sitting around long before reaching the plate, completely defeating the purpose of a freshly prepared breakfast. Everything felt mass-produced, tired, and lacking any care. The service matched the food. Staff often looked annoyed that guests existed, and any attempt to discuss concerns felt like an inconvenience. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were interrupting their day. For a hotel that aims to offer a premium experience, the gap between marketing and reality is astonishing. This was not just below expectations—it was a masterclass in how to disappoint guests at every opportunity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality food, attentive service, or value for money. There are far better options available.

Stayed for a short getaway holiday and had a lovely time. The hotel is small but with a really chill and relaxing vibe with a nice pool and laying areas. The restaurant is very nice and well set and the buffet has a nice variety and fresh dishes prepared in front of the guests. There’s always drinks and snacks available at basically any time which is also very nice. A few activities offered which is also good to have something to do. The staff was lovely and special shoutout to Alba from the bar who was really sweet and kind. She was great to talk to and always bringing us drinks throughout the night.

Everything about this hotel has been absolutely outstanding. Great facilities, wonderful food and outstanding service. The staff absolutely make this place - and they strike the perfect balance between being attentive without being intrusive, there when you need them. The rooms are on the small side but perfect for what most need. Use hotel gyms alot when holidaying and found it difficult to see in advance of arriving what this one provided - as most are the equipment range is quite limited in terms of resistance training - a bench, dumbbells and kettlebells (upto 20kg), an Olympic bar (with some plates) and various pulley machines (chest press, lat pulldown and tricep push down. All is well maintained. In terms of cardio - 2 running machines, 1 cross trainer and about a dozen spin bikes. All in all, an excellent experience and one we’ll certainly consider again in the future.

Me and my girls went on a girls trip for my sisters 40th and we had the best time here. The service and the staff were 10/10 I can’t fault them. They made sure to accommodate our every needs and were all very polite and friendly. Raul who works at restaurant and bar is the best ever please look for him if you ever visit. The food was fantastic and the pool side area was amazing. The only thing I will say is that the rooms are not small and lack consistency for example we didn’t have rides but my other friend next door did. Also make sure to get a room with seaside view because the other side has a terrible construction site view. Apart from that everything was amazing. I will be back.

If you want good buffet food don’t come here. It is tasteless and often lukewarm. The Paella is a disgrace to the name. The grill bar meat is cooked to order but portions are minute. Also the hotel location is very remote and not in Santa Eulàlia which is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The so called beach is very small and is really a dirty muddy slick. Finally sunbed hogging is the order of the day. There is no policy in place.
