+ Great location (on the beach) + Good facilities (especially rooftop) + Clean & modern - Premium rooms could do with some updating & additional attention to cleaning. - A/C feels weak in peak summer I would stay here again. But only because of the staff, friendly & polite. Nothing appears to be an issue when dealing with Carlos or Abraham on front desk, they are the best 👌🏽

Me and my girls went on a girls trip for my sisters 40th and we had the best time here. The service and the staff were 10/10 I can’t fault them. They made sure to accommodate our every needs and were all very polite and friendly. Raul who works at restaurant and bar is the best ever please look for him if you ever visit. The food was fantastic and the pool side area was amazing. The only thing I will say is that the rooms are not small and lack consistency for example we didn’t have rides but my other friend next door did. Also make sure to get a room with seaside view because the other side has a terrible construction site view. Apart from that everything was amazing. I will be back.

A perfect getaway! Currently here on a 4 night honeymoon and it’s bliss. All the staff are friendly and polite. Food is so fresh and varied, we haven’t even wanted to go out! Would highly recommend upgrading to a prestige room, as you get access to an exclusive rooftop pool and snack bar fully stocked with all drinks; alcoholic and soft. We upgraded to the penthouse suite which has been our haven after a busy week. Night time entertainment at the chill out bar has been fab. There’s a bus that can take you into Santa Eulària and old town. The views are incredible. We will definitely be back, maybe even for our one year wedding anniversary 💕 thank you Iberostar and especially Bass for your amazing guest relations.

This hotel offers exceptional holiday experience with wonderful staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Special thanks to Carlos who made our experience wonderful from start to end and Mohamed in Agave restaurant who made us navigate through all the vegetarian food options, they were very patient and friendly. It's always difficult to find vegetarian options in sea food/ meat dominant places, but here there were a lot of food options and were clearly marked. Our room had a beautiful sea view. There is a very nice walking trail just outside the hotel. Also, their program wave of change is highly impressive, making sure to provide water on each floor so that there is no need to keep buying plastic bottles. They are plastic free and paperless. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Good food and restaurant very clean with lots of attentive staff. Carlos on reception couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We opted for starprestige which gave us access to roof pool and roof terrace. We also opted for AI. There is not much in the area re food so AI I feel in the best option. The bedrooms are on the small side but again spotless and our cleaner Cris was so friendly and worked very hard to keep the rooms to a very hard standard. Will definitely be returning.
