We had the most amazing time in this hotel. Everything was great- the food, the location,the swimming pools..but the most important is the entertainment!! Leo, Kristina and Mikeala are the best😍😍they put so much work and joy into what they do. My kids absolutely loved them. They are so fun and my kids absolutely enjoyed every day with them. They organise everything- the kids disco, the kids club, the parties in the evening..they work so hard and it’s much appreciated♥️thank you so much for amazing holidays.

Stayed at the Leonardo from 2nd October to 9th October with my mate. We stayed in a twin comfort room on the 5th floor, room 1510, which had a good side view of the sea. The room was small but adequate and cleaned daily by the hard-working housekeeping staff. The pool area is large and very good, and the hotel is so close to the beach that it feels like part of the hotel. The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive, full of flavour and variety. The drinks were brilliant and not watered down, so be careful not to have too much! Haha. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the main town, the Hippy Market and the amazing Cala Nova Beach. The only downside is that the sunbeds are very tired and not particularly comfortable. They definitely need replacing for 2027! Would come again, as the hotel ticks a lot of boxes.

I booked my stay here for my birthday trip a month in advance in the comfort room and was disappointed to get a room on the 1st floor with no view of the pool/beach whatsoever - we were literally overlooking a dirty roof and the main entrance of the hotel so we couldn't really sit on the balcony without an audience from outside. In my opinion, this place did not meet a 4-star hotel standards so it was definitely not value for money. When I asked for a room change, I was told there were no options and it seems 90% of their comfort rooms are on the 1st floor so I have no idea why its advertised with a view of the pool etc. Might I also add that we requested a double bed and got two twin beds... which they made into a double bed by using double bed sheets (but only on our last night). It made such a difference and I wish they would have just welcomed us like that instead of having to make multiple trips to the reception so that our stay could be more enjoyable. There's also nothing "all-inclusive" about their all-inclusive option. The only thing you're really getting is buffet food at set times for each meal of the day and I guess if you're not into alcohol you'll enjoy unlimited drinks at the bar. The location was fine, it was near the beach and other hotels/restaurants/shops etc. so there's definitely a sense of community. The food was also quite good for the amount they are preparing - fresh fruits, quality meat and fish and a decent variety. Overall, I would not stay here again, it lacks maintenance and they need to improve on customer service. People travel long and far to get there so it's not nice to walk away disappointed.

Stayed here from 6th June to the 13th June, where to start explaining what a genuinely world class place to stay this is? The rooms, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom with a great shower, the most wonderfully comfortable beds imaginable, a balcony with unbelievable views. The single most efficient and polite housekeeping staff I've ever met aswell. The restaurant, oh the restaurant! The food was unrivalled in it's quality and selection, beautiful and fresh and yet again efficiency in abundance with the table staff. The pool was awesome, immaculately clean with great entertainment poolside aswell a very short walk brings you to the big beautiful beach, a fantastic beach, possibly the best beach I've been on. All in all I cannot fault this hotel, easily the best holiday I've ever been on and i will be back on June the 18th next year hopefully for 10 days for another big beautiful holiday. Thankyou leonardo hotel es canar for making holidays great again.

This was our third stay in Es Canar and second time choosing Leonardo Royal. We really cannot find any fault with it. The staff work so hard to keep it spotlessly clean. It's a great location by the beach and a short walk across the bay to the town. Food is plentiful and always a good range of choices for every palate. Drinks taste good including the coffee. The pool is large and didn't get too busy while we were there. We had a wonderful time!
