The Ibiza Twiins

I’d give The Ibiza Twiins a 4 star review, and a huge reason it gets 4 stars instead of 3 is because of the staff, especially Balazs and Stefano at the front desk. They were both incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, and genuinely changed the whole experience for me. Any time I needed something, they went out of their way to help, and that kind of service makes such a difference. The hotel itself is beautiful. My room was super clean and comfortable, I had a gorgeous large balcony, and Charo, who cleaned my room, was wonderful. She came every day, kept everything spotless, and even organized the things in my bathroom, which I really appreciated. Those little touches made the room feel so well cared for. The location right by the beach is amazing, and the evening shows were actually really fun. My biggest disappointment was the food and the all inclusive setup. There is basically only one real restaurant option, and for dinner you’re limited to the buffet. There aren’t additional food options at the bar or another restaurant to choose from, so it gets repetitive very quickly. I also think it’s ridiculous that certain food and drinks suddenly cost extra after a certain time when you’ve already paid for an all inclusive stay. That really takes away from the whole point of choosing all inclusive. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it: beautiful rooms, great cleanliness, an amazing beach location, fun entertainment, and truly wonderful staff. If they improved the food choices and changed some of the restrictions around the all inclusive package, this could easily be a 5 star experience. Balazs, Stefano, and Charo especially deserve recognition because their service really elevated my stay.

Just finished a 4 night 5 day stay with friends. Hotel beautiful, so clean, communal areas smell lovely, best all inclusive food I’ve had in a long time with lots of choice. Bar snacks in the day is a full menu of really nice food. Pool is large (slightly cold) but plenty of sun-beds with beautiful views. Adult heavy… as a mum I wouldn’t bring my kids here as no facilities for them but for an adults week away it’s perfect. Drinks are lovely and cocktails included in all inclusive. 20 minutes to San Antonio in a taxi. Staff super friendly. Will 100% book again for next girls trip!

Unfortunately, the only negative aspect was our interaction with the female reception manager. Her attitude came across as quite aggressive, and the way she communicated lacked the professionalism and friendliness you would expect from someone in that position. Things were not explained clearly, which made the interaction unpleasant. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything else was fantastic, and overall, we really enjoyed our experience.

Loved this Hotel, it was by far the best one my husband and I recently stayed at. We stayed in three different hotels around the island and this one exceeded the others. We were met by Dennise at check in and she was so pleasant and made us feel very welcome from the start. We upgraded to All Inclusive and Im so glad we did cause the variety of food fir breakfast, lunch and dinner was top class. The service of all the staff was great and they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is very spacious with lots of different areas to either, chill and relax or be in the mix with everyone. Love the healthy smoothie bar. They had great entertainment on each night we were there and the shows were all of high standard and definitely got us up to dancing. The bedrooms are all lovely with a balcony, however we had a corner room which unfortunately had less wardrobe space than the other rooms but thats the only downfall I have. Location is great, and a short walk along the beach into the Old Town. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank you Dennise for making our holiday memorable at your hotel.

Had a lovely stay at Ibiza Twiins. Location is perfect with easy access to the main clubs at playa d’en bossa and lovely restaurants close by. Only 20min taxi to San Antonio so you can experience everything during your stay. The hotel itself is beautiful with the best seafront views. The cleanliness is 5 stars, our housekeeper Lourdes did a fantastic job. Always made sure our room was spotless (even when we left the room late!). We had the best time during our stay
