We had a wonderful stay at NYX Hotel Ibiza and would definitely come back. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, we especially loved the pink theme. The buffet was excellent, with a great selection of vegetarian dishes. We’d also like to give a special mention to the staff: everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always seemed to be in a good mood. The location was perfect for us. It wasn’t right in the middle of the party scene, so we could relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, while still being within walking distance of the bus station and other amenities. The only minor downside was the parking situation, as it could sometimes be a bit difficult to find a parking space, depending on the time of day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel looks so spectacular, is beautifully maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The food is truly 5-star quality, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, professional, and one of the highlights of our stay. However, I was disappointed with the room position. I paid for a full sea view room, but I was given a room with only a side sea view overlooking the marina/port. When I asked at reception, I was told that all of their rooms are "full sea view," which is simply not true. Another issue was that the toilet cistern made noise continuously. The DJ is at the pool only for a few hours and not every day, so don't expect a daily pool party atmosphere. I also understand and respect that smoking is prohibited in certain areas, but at this hotel it is only allowed on your room balcony. Smoking is not permitted on the terraces bar or by the pool, which often made us leave the hotel during the day to visit nearby bars instead of enjoying the hotel's facilities. I believe this policy should be communicated more clearly before booking. Except for these issues, we had a wonderful stay. I believe the hotel should be more transparent about both the room views they advertise and their smoking policy, so guests know exactly what to expect before arriving.

My stay at NYX Hotel Ibiza has been absolutely breathtaking so far, and I’m already looking forward to the next four nights here. I can highly recommend booking a room with a balcony and sea view – it is absolutely worth it. The view over the sea is stunning, and being able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony makes the experience even more special. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stylish pastel colors and a great attention to detail throughout. Everything feels modern, elegant, and very well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and inspiring. The staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The food is excellent, with a great selection and high quality across the board. The location is perfect. Taxis are available directly in front of the hotel (~1.40€ / km), and all the shops and essentials you might need are just a two-minute walk away. There is also a boat rental service only about 200 meters from the hotel, making it easy to explore the beautiful coastline. Overall, I’m having a fantastic experience here. NYX Hotel Ibiza offers style, comfort, great food, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Ibiza and would happily stay here again. Everything was perfect at this hotel! The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms are cleaned every day and the housekeeping service is excellent. The food is varied and delicious. The sea is right next to the hotel. The water is shallow and crystal clear, and the beach is not windy — it is simply wonderful! The service in the hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend the cocktails at the bar, made with high-quality spirits and expertly prepared by Tanya, the best bartender! From the hotel, you can reach San Antonio de Portmany along the beach promenade in about 15 minutes on foot. Along the entire promenade, there are plenty of bars with live music at night, restaurants, and a beach bar/nightclub with DJs. There are also DJ parties on the beach near San Antonio when the sea conditions are calm and there are no high tides. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic stay – 5 stars! My partner and I stayed at NYX Ibiza for 7 nights from August 13th, and honestly, we had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was exceptional. We arrived around 2 hours before check-in, and within just 5 minutes our room was ready for us. Reception were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even said we were welcome to leave our bags and use the hotel facilities while our room was being prepared. My partner wanted to make our stay extra special as it was a belated birthday trip, so she reached out to the hotel beforehand to see if they could do anything. The management were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. We arrived to find a bottle of champagne, delicious chocolate cake and faux rose petals across the bed. Such a lovely surprise and a really special touch. Our room was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea Room, which had an absolutely amazing view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets. The food was great too, with plenty of variety and really good quality. I especially loved the desserts — the red velvet cake was so good! But what really made our stay was the staff. Every single member of staff we came across genuinely helped make our stay magical. Everyone was so pleasant, welcoming and helpful, and we really didn’t want to leave. Our flight wasn’t until 11pm, so we asked about a late checkout. The hotel allowed us to keep our room until 6pm instead of the usual 10:30am for just €60, which made our final day so much easier and was fantastic value. We’ve stayed in villas and hotels across Ibiza before and tend to stay around Playa d’en Bossa or Sant Josep de sa Talaia, but the location of NYX Ibiza is really hard to beat. You have so many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach all within easy walking distance. The vibe and atmosphere are fantastic — perfect whether you’re visiting with your partner or a group of friends. It’s got a really nice balance of being lively and social while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. I’m usually someone who wants to try somewhere different every time we visit, but NYX Ibiza was so good and so reasonably priced that we’ll definitely be returning. A massive thank you to the entire NYX Ibiza team for making our stay so special. We genuinely had the best time. 5 stars without hesitation.
