Great experience at this hotel! The welcome is very warm, the team is professional and always ready to answer any questions. The room is exactly like in the pictures, nothing to complain about. I had a wonderful time staying at THB ocean beach. Firstly I was greeted with a warm welcome by Lucia at reception, what a lovely lady. She was very helpful to me and my friends and had great people skills. The hotel is ideally located right next to Ocean Beach which was perfect for our trip. The room was nice and the drinks by the pool were lovely too

Such a great welcome immediately we enter the Reception without Booking from Mrs. Pepa & Mrs. Lucia! Recomendation about Breakfast & Massage etc. was also super friendly! But the highlight: ALWAYS SMILING and a good mood 😅
